I have collected Merle Haggard memorabilia for 27 years. I love the rare soundboard concerts and unreleased video the most. Here a few clips from my collection.

Thank you for this. That snippet of "Good Old American Guest" is fantastic. I wish there were more. Like in the documentary about Roy Buchanan, there is that brief snippet of Merle Haggard performing "Traveling Blues" ... I crave more.

Thanks for another great ‘Haggard Hot Shot’; I love the travelling theme! The short snippet of ‘Good Old American Guest’ is superb - I’ve never heard a live version of that before.

Great eye as always my friend! It was short for sure as there wasn’t much of it in the original recording. I would sure love to get my hands on some of those master tapes! Lol. Take care sir.

@@trufflehound Yes! That’s why I added it for sure. I think of the Hotshots as collector type videos. I know most of the casual fans like full songs and whole shows. I do have that Roy Buchanan footage. I try to upscale old footage and have even experimented with colorizing footage with decent results. Thanks for commenting!

I cut out the pharaoh skit from this show and made a short out of it. But the more I watched it I just think Merle probably hated doing it lol. I may post it at some point but was hoping to ask Ben or Noel what he thought about it next time I saw them. The hotshots are my favorites but KZbin shorts seem to be the rage lately.
