Before he left she said to him: 'when I'm gone, will you take care of him for me, Merlin?' 4:47 after mentioning Merlin she continued to ask Gaius: 'The sorcerer in the battle... you knew who he was?' Gaius [hesitantly]: 'Yes'. Gwen: 'Do *I* know him?' [pause, no answer] 'Please Gaius, answer me honestly.' Gaius [reluctantly]: 'Yes.' Gwen: [sighing] Gaius: 'He'll take good care of Arthur.' Gwen [relieved]: 'Yes, I'm sure he will. I'm pleased.'

4:25 The scene where Merlin holds Arthur in his arms and makes his last dragon call is absolutely heartbreaking for me! 💔 😭 Colin played this scene so well. I can feel his heart shattering, because he knows it's too late. Even though he keeps holding out hope that he can still save Arthur, this is the moment Merlin realizes that his other half is truly gone. That dragon call scream of anguish always breaks my heart into a million little pieces! I've never been able to watch that scene without feeling a gut-wrenching knife in my heart and tears welling up in my eyes. 😭😭😭😭😭 ❤🧙‍♂️🤴

Have you read the season 6 scripts yet? They're amazing! You can find them on Tumblr. It's called Merlin Kingdom Come. There's also an audiobook version read by a fellow fan and KZbinr named Balencien, if you prefer to hear it instead. If anyone films another season of Merlin or makes a movie, I hope they make it from those scripts. The storyline is pure perfection in my opinion. Btw, this is one of the best and most emotional edits I've ever seen!!! Please make more! I can't get enough of Merlin & Arthur. ❤🧙‍♂️🤴 = LOVE MERLIN & ARTHUR
