Its from Dimon's Spitfires and Hurricanes, theres many downloads on the internet, but only some replace the hurri cockpit like here. (

the origin of 3d looks like a partial 'bob' extracted pit & gunsight without any mats being created for use in il2 46... not sure about gauges...
