@@elevenmoons4020 Thanks! I just want to know why he dislikes them so i felt like that would be a good reason. Maybe He got caught when playing with his Daughter when she was really young so she doesnt remember, like she saw the hook, and was distracted by this unknown object. So she swims towards it and he pushes her out of the way and result of him veing caught/injured. Which could be a reason why they don't talk because he is constantly on the look out of ships/boats to protect his family/kingdom in the end.
