Winona is the only real life Jew of the three women. Cher is Armenian. Christina Ricci is Irish/ Scots-Irish. Her surname is a false indicator. She said in an interview an Italian man married an Irish woman in the late 1800s and they had a son. That son married another Irish woman who had a son. The patterned continued for generations.

I have loved this film for 32 years and o will always love it. It’s funny to think that Cher would have only been 18 herself in 1963.

Close, she was born in 1946, so she would have been 16 or 17.

But she rocks the 60s mom looks in this movie very nicely, even though in real life she was in her mid to late teens in 1963.
