Frameworks keeps changing, basics remains same. All these processes are still applicable on Any frontend and backend language. Same approach can be used to make Angular based / VUE based or any framework based projects. NEXT is very good for experienced developers, very bad for beginners.

yes. deploying is always difficult, as all services like email, web servers, cloud databases have security and network configurations. and they keep changing with time. one can't learn it from anywhere except the documentation of that provider. This video can help in some of it. All the best.

Angular knowledge is good. If you have web development experience, you have to just learn the basics of React and start building the same type of projects, as you have done in angular. Angular experience also counts, as angular is considered a harder framework to learn. Also, Don't think React is always better than Angular for jobs, React candidates are also more - more competition.

I think they will almost be same.. axios is much easier.. as its promise based and also does JSON conversion automatically. There are other projects with axios but no exactly having redux approach as in this video
