If you have been vaccinated with mRNA vaccines, you might consider looking at your IgG4 antibody levels to see if they remain in expected normal levels or outside the normal bounds. This video discusses what we know how individuals with abnormal IgG4 antibody levels are treated and whether natural options are available to us. 4th episode in the series of the unusual IgG4 antibodies.

Well it’s only gotten worse, nerves all over burn and go numb- feet hands arms legs face abdomen nose throat chest hips butt back…. All over. Hard to know if it’s from constant tensing up and anxiety or if something in the vaccine made this aggravate. I’m terrified it could be ms or something bc my eyes are sensitive to light now, they don’t process the same, I’m constantly tense and burning somewhere. The most recent development mimics oudendal neuralgia. Sigh. Thank you for spending time trying to learn more about this bc I can’t get help anywhere and I hope someone can who like you took the time to study. 💚🙏

Why are you proud of him ? Since the roll out of the 💉 all this doctor did was advocate it even though he knew there were no substantial testing or trials as you would find on any new medical treatment especially a novel MRNA gene therapy, the long term effects on the immune system were never tested but there were multiple warning from experts in the field that the immune system would eventually become dysfunctional leading to a myriad of health problems including cancers, this doctor although a scientist ignored the science and is probably responsible for the deteriorating health of anyone who got jabbed after listened or watched his videos thinking he was a reliable trusted source of scientific facts, as we see now in his latest videos he is informing everyone who got multiple jabs of how their immune systems could be compromised and how to mitigate the damage , I’ll give this doctor the benefit of the doubt by saying he probably meant well by😢 distributing these videos unlike others who were nothing more than paid shills for the big pharmaceutical companies. Excess deaths alone in the US are in the millions paralleled proportionately in many other countries, hopefully this doctors advice on how to mitigate vaccine damage to the immune system is right this time around . To sum up never let irrational exuberance cloud your judgment when it comes to new scientific breakthroughs until all the testing and double tests are completed and VERIFIED 🙏

@@Merogenomics I will have to go back to check my bloodwork, but very interesting question! My bloodwork was all out of whack back then. Watching this unfold is so reminiscent. From the bottom of my heart, I hope we have a grip of this proceeding. This sounds odd, but I'll be transparent. I went on an unconventional treatment protocol where I listened fully to my docs but did intensive self analysis and "inner" work. I already ate well (low carbs, sugar), did lot's of exercise and yoga, and tried many holistic methods. (no homeopathics). The intrinsic work I feel what was truly transformed me, and yes the transplant did too. They said the disease burned out in the kidneys so I have been in great health since. So so weird. Sorry for the rant! But I feel if providers would get more integrated insight from patients we may align and make more progress. Oh boy, this is really getting into the weeds and I hope this is not yet another big issues to worry about. It is interesting to think fasting can help here and hopefully that is indeed the case, certainly it seems to help with virtually all immune conditions to some degree, including clearing or spikes whether natural or artificial. Some benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting. Fasting restores NAD+ to healthy levels. Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy. Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. It will also remove any 'foreign material' like spikes that are not supposed to be there. Whether natural or unnatural in origin.. Fibrosis/scarring is reversed over time. Fasting increases nitric oxide release. Telomeres are lengthened and fasting also increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors. Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body. Reflexes and short term memory are increased. Fasts from 36-96 h increase metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release! After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles up to 1/3 of all immune bodies, rejuvenating your entire immune system. This helps prevent the onset of new autoimmune conditions, which develop through a leaky gut and damaged immune system. Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures. Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. The thymus also plays a vital role in fighting cancer. Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The obese will lose extra tissue like loose skin while fasting, but the skinny or frail will have increased growth hormone release than the obese, which helps to make more lean tissue and reduce frailness. The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell required for viruses to replicate. What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building. Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS. Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system in a similar way to CBD oil. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance, which impairs immune function. One day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again! Stomach acid is reduced over time while fasting and can allow for the healing of treatment resistant ulcers. Some patients may need continued acid reduction medication while fasting. Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No. Except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose. Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells Lowering insulin via fasting virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism, fighting infection and cancer prevention! Fasting releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with. When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness or tremors, then simply break the fast and seek advice. I had 2 shots of AstraZeneca and a 3rd shot of Moderna. Two weeks after the Moderna, I saw swelling in my salivary glands. After an ultrasound it was assumed this was Sjogren’s disease. But then a number of blood tests and various biopsies were performed, including lymph, lip and kidney to finally reveal it was igG4 related disease. After spending a year of taking prednisolone (steroids), I am now on a course of Rituximab to try and reduce the igG4.

Regular intermittent water fasting - long enough to induce autophagy, around 17 hours overnight, etc. Autophagy allows the body to remove virus, bacteria, etc. It would need to be done a few times a week. Varying the time slightly so as not to be the same every day.
@Merogenomics
@Merogenomics Жыл бұрын
Yes you are correct, some studies suggest that intermittent fasting, including time-restricted eating (e.g., a 17-hour overnight fast), may induce autophagy and have potential health benefits. However, it's important to note that the exact duration and frequency required to induce autophagy through fasting are not well-defined and may vary from person to person. Research on autophagy in humans is still relatively limited, and more studies are needed to fully understand its implications for health and disease prevention. While autophagy might help the body's natural immune response, it is not a specific treatment for removing viruses, bacteria, or other pathogens. The immune system plays a central role in defending the body against infections, and maintaining overall health through a balanced diet, regular exercise, and adequate sleep is essential for supporting immune function. Before starting any fasting regimen or making significant changes to your diet, it's crucial to consult with a healthcare professional, especially if you have underlying health conditions or concerns. Fasting may not be suitable for everyone, and individual health needs should be taken into account.

For doctors, tofacitinib, a JAK inhibitor, is a good choice for refractory cases. Some safe supplements one could take include famotidine, which causes a switching from Th2 to Th1 and lowers IgG, NAC, which is N-acetyl cysteine, to lower fibrosis, and natural anti-inflammatories. All with the disclaimer to see your doctor.

Oddly, Cynthia’s husband, Louisiana radiologist and marathon runner Dr. Dwayne Anderson, 64, also died suddenly and mysteriously two months earlier on February 17th “after a brief illness.” As with his wife’s untimely passing, no other cause of death was released for Dwayne. Geert's prediction is an evolutionary explanation. You put pressure on the virus in the midst of the pandemic, and you have a window of immature response after infection (it is not an immediate steralising vaccine) you will drive/create escape and it will be more pathogenic. Your explanation strongly supports Geert's predictions

Elevated D-dimers,not myocarditis. In fact so far NONE of the affected developed myocarditis but they were all carefully monitored by excellent specialists from the same hospital. None of the ordinary folks can expect the same level of care and if those hospital workers were not warned few of them would've probably died during the exercise which is strongly prohibited in case of elevated d-dimers. Unfortunatly most people don't know that and that their immune systems are depressed for two weeks after vax. P.S. 80% of those with high d-dimers were women!

We were thanking God for his health insurance. The lymphoma was well controlled by the Hoxsey protocol until he was vaxxed, boosted, and had covid last January. Now it has become way more active so we are looking for more help with it. Thanks for this info, we will be asking for IgG4 levels with his next bloodwork. Not sure if connected but after the booster in 2022, I felt quite sick. Then in March 2022 was diagnosed with Kidney disease. After some tests etc it was confirmed that it was caused by Vasculitis which is an auto immune disease. I have had 8 months of chemo treatment, also on Prednisone and now on Azathioprine, which makes me very nauseous. I lost my appetite, lost weight, hair etc Starting to feel better now but don’t think I’ll ever be the same!😢

@@Merogenomics I remember back in 2020 - we could predict waves of covid positives by preceeding reports of increasing viral load in waste water. That is peoples faeces was filling with virus before we got the flu symptoms wave statistics. Shouldn't it have been the other way around? Why did we expel viral particles faecal route BEFORE getting symptoms in the airways/entry point? And we were told in 2020 a small percentage of the sick got only GI-symptoms, often children. Since then I have 3 years of never getting coldlike symptoms from covid. When everyone around me gets covid in a wave - I get GI-symptoms. Diarrhea, nausea, vomiting. I think this is really strange and merits scientific curiousity, but noone is talking about the GI thing anymore.
