30% of the world’s population is still a large number. As one of them, I recently hosted in Sicily two old doctor friends from the UK. We had little contact over the last 4 years. When they discovered that I had not had one single jab, they looked at me like I had just come from Mars. The husband has heart problems. The wife was severely ill with Covid - left with scarring on her lungs - and firmly believes she would be dead,had it not been for her three jabs previously taken. All I could say was look at me, aged 70, nojab nocovid, fit and well. Both are determined to carry on 😢

Taurine can also help a great deal to stimulate phagocytosis. And of course fasting will help. Fasting also releases stem cells, which are needed to create new T cells, without which you will always be open to cancer and autoimmune issues. This is why cancer becomes a serious problem in age and those who have damaged WBCs with certain meds but it does not need to be this way! Some benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting. Fibrosis/scarring is reversed over time, including in the heart and lungs. Fasting increases T cell production and regenerates the thymus. T cells are vital in fighting cancer, autoimmune disease and infections but as we age the thymus stops making as many of them. Fasting releases stem cells, which then can become new T cells. Fasting also releases growth hormone, which regenerates the thymus itself, which aids this process! Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. This will also remove any spikes, whether natural or unnatural in origin! Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body. Blood sugar and insulin are lowered when fasting, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy. Fasting restores your circadian rhythm to normal over time. Reflexes and short term memory are increased. Fasts from 36-96 h increase metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release! Telomeres are lengthened and fasting also increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors. After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles up to 1/3 of all immune bodies, rejuvenating your entire immune system. This helps prevent the onset of new autoimmune conditions, which develop through a leaky gut and damaged immune system. Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures. Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. The thymus also plays a vital role in fighting cancer. Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The obese will lose extra tissue like loose skin while fasting, but the skinny or frail will have increased growth hormone release than the obese, which helps to make more lean tissue and reduce frailness. When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell required for viruses to replicate. The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building. Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS. Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system in a similar way to CBD oil. One day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again! This reduces leptin resistance, which impairs immune function. Stomach acid is reduced over time while fasting and can allow for the healing of treatment resistant ulcers. Some patients may need continued acid reduction medication while fasting. Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No. Except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose. Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle damaged proteins and foreign matter such as viruses. It will can kill cancerous and senescent cells Lowering insulin via fasting virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism, fighting infection and cancer prevention! Fasting releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with. Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. They also help with dementia and many other issues even if you take them while not fasting! Glycine and trimethylglycine can also be useful supplements while fasting that won't break ketosis and have many benefits. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness or tremors, then simply break the fast and seek advice. I worked out from his work how many people were likely to be be damaged. How long before the damage would take. He said 18 months to 2 year's. He was spot on. I refused the vaccine and my GP agreed based on the reason. The main problem is that the RNA stops the calls reproducing properly. He was adamant it should not be used . The research ended about 2 year's before the pandemic. This is why so many people are dying 😢. My friends trusted me many read his work. WHO needs to be stopped.

Some group of vaccinated people got something in their shots that lead to unbelievable sudden weight lost. You practically can determine it by looking at person’s personal appearance. It makes me worry for few of my colleagues I work with( not everyone falls under this category of extreme weight lost) . And I can see people still willing to lie to themselves why they suddenly become skin and bones. I am no longer trying to bring their awareness to the surface. I think of you not ready to take responsibility for your own action you will be lying to yourself till the end . This was a great wake up call to this society to remind each and everyone to think on your own and do not trust those who presents themselves as a world health authorities which is just a Privat business owners who is great in manipulating others.

I can't state how much I appreciate you researching these topics in depth Dr. R. I want to tell everyone that nutrition research is one of the most flawed areas of research, and two doctors in particular are doing the same in depth analysis of nutrition and are finding the plant-based diet to be deeply flawed. Dr Ken Berry and Dr Shawn Baker have KZbin channels with wonderful information. No doubt that plants are better than highly processed packaged foods, but meat and eggs are where real healing is folks. I urge everyone to look into those channels. The meat based community has been touting the benefits of fasting, saunas, and cold showers for a long time. So, there's a lot of overlap in recommendations with this video. Stay healthy and have a blessed day!
@kirsti309711 ай бұрын
I was on a good quality plant-based diet for 24 years when my health had started to deteriorate. In trying to work out what was going on I came across a forum full of vegetarians and vegans reporting being so sick some were in wheelchairs. Within 6 mths of going back to a diet including meat, they were once again leading active lives and cycling in the mountains. The vegetarians tended to experience problems between 15 - 20 years, and the vegans between 10 - 15 years. I'll never forget eating meat for the first time again after 24 years, I was bouncing off the walls with energy and I've never looked back. My health got a lot better. Of course, it wasn't a scientific study and I'm sure there were confounding factors but nevertheless, I do believe that plant-based diets are not the way forward. More important to focus on is the degree of processing the food has undergone, and whether we're eating real food or "industrially produced edible substance" (Ultrprocessed People by Chris van Tulleken, p.155).
@adairhenman277111 ай бұрын
@kirsti3097 thanks for sharing your story. I agree that the highly processed foods are the main culprit for many, if not most of today's chronic disease. I'm glad your health is improving. Keep spreading the word.

A lot of people don't realize that quite a number of nutrients in plants are NOT bioavailable to humans. On top of that, there are a number of ESSENTIAL nutrients that we must have, but they are not found in plants, or are not in bioavailable forms. Over time, this could mean that pure plant eaters just can't get their essential nutrients in. You'll need to supplement scrupulously, and cross your fingers that your body can absorb the synthetic nutrients. Or... just eat/include eggs, meats, seafood, dairy (if you can).
@adairhenman277110 ай бұрын
@miklimecat9636 such a great point. We are taught so poorly about this. For example, everyone is taught that carrots contain vitamin A, but they don't have any at all, they have beta carotene, which some people can convert some of that to vitamin A. Many can't convert any. The same applies to pretty much all micronutrients in plants. Add to that the oxalates and other compounds that cause bloating and inflammation for many people and its a really different picture of how nutritious plants are or are not for us

It's not on the list but since you did mention phenolic compounds I'd like to throw in a vote for Grapefruit Seed Extract (as a source of phenolic compounds). I think most of the compounds on the list are pretty well understood but to pick one for your vote, I'll vote for Quercetin. It's a mast cell stabilizer and is listed here as having been studied in combination with Vitamin D and Curcumin, maybe we'll get some great cross-over learning from your analysis!

Respiratory virus caught me 3 days after attending a high school reunion 7 weeks ago. I don't take the covid tests (or pharma drugs or vax), but many other attendees who reported being sick afterwards took the covid tests and reported both positive and negative results. I experienced very sore throat, cough, phlegm, fatigue, itchy pinkish eyes, followed by loss of smell and taste about 2 weeks later which still hasn't returned. As soon as I felt symptomatic I began taking high dose vitamin D3, Zinc and C. Made myself pine needle tea 2-3 times a day from my Eastern White Pine Tree. Sore throat and phlegm resolved quickly, but the cough continued and so I took natural cough syrup with English Ivy extract. The fatigue is so much more than tiredness. Well this is a crazy thing to say but: I was dying and went in multiple times for care only to be ignored, diverted, or given a script and told a heart specialist would see me later for instance (he had retired so he did not see me-referred again). I am older BTW and I think that made a difference in the care I received, but I have no proof of that. Finally, in desperation I demanded to be seen once more and was referred to a Nurse Practitioner as an outpatient. She told me to go get an OTC med called Zyrtec. I left the Hospital thinking I am surely going to die but decided, "What the hell; I got nothing to lose I'll try it." Long story short, I think it saved me. Now, I flare again occasionally (or re-acquire it from the silently infected) and I start taking it again when needed.

I am fasting regularly every 3 months doing a 3 day water fast, so my joints would not hurts about 3 months, so I used to it! I know during this period the body scans and removes all broken or not normal cells . Back in the day I didn’t had a better idea how to clean out this stuff so I did a seven days fasting. I didn’t had any issues afterwards,never contracted the bug eater,or didn’t know about it. My coworker in the other hand got blood clots,autoimmune disease about a month after the second jab. They could not find anything wrong with him whatsoever,so I convinced him to try fasting.After the first 3 days fasting he started feeling better and i think after the third fasting what lasted 7 days,he told me that finally feeling normal again.

Forest bathing: Shinrin Yoku. The chemistry and pharmacology of the forest "..In the forest there is a very unique atmosphere, a special air composition. These are substances of natural origin that evaporate easily. The most important components in the special forest atmosphere are the so-called terpenes. These molecules are produced by various plants, especially conifers. But The soil, microorganisms, insects and dead plant material also emit forest substances for protection, communication and defense (Meneguzzo et al., 2019). We also know terpenes from essential oils, which, strictly speaking, are highly concentrated fragrances from various plants. (Cho et al., 2017) Then there are the terpenoids, a subgroup that also contains oxygen atoms. Plants produce these substances for various reasons. They can serve as protection against predators or pathogens..." Quote: R. Staudner. The substances are suspected of stimulating autophagy! Go to the forest every day. This has an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect and is simply good for the soul.

Oh and black grapes, grapes and then some more grapes. I feel really good and im hoping they are getting rid of the spikes!

First thing I came across in the table was Magnesium, it's an easy one for people and very cheap to do, is it true that bathing in it is multiple times more efficient than taking it orally?
@jiggsborah704111 ай бұрын
I also found that magnesium made me feel much better and the fatigue is reduced. Fatigue has been a problem from when I was first infected. I didn't take the vaccines

You can have a feet bath with magnesium as well.

Magnesium is a wonderful molecule and many health benefits Magnesium ions play a critical role in catalysis by many enzymes and they contribute to the fidelity of DNA polymerases through a two-metal ion mechanism. However, specificity is a kinetic phenomenon and the roles of Mg2+ions in each step in catalysis have not been resolved.

A old Journal Soviet sports review Magnesium In cellular systems, magnesium is the second most abundant element and is involved in basically all metabolic pathways. At physiologically relevant concentrations, magnesium itself is not genotoxic, but is highly required to maintain genomic stability. Besides its stabilizing effect on DNA and chromatin structure, magnesium is an essential cofactor in almost all enzymatic systems involved in DNA processing. Most obvious in studies on DNA replication, its function is not only charge-related, but very specific with respect to the high fidelity of DNA synthesis. Furthermore, as essential cofactor in nucleotide excision repair, base excision repair and mismatch repair magnesium is required for the removal of DNA damage generated by environmental mutagens

Is nearly two years since my last vaccine dose. Everything has been really difficult.. Ive been taking Nattokinase for about eight months. I think it's been very helpful. I did try giving it a break recently and became very sick without it. So i guess ill keep taking it. Im wondering if my body will ever stop producing spike protein.

I had a dream. In my dream, a "little bird" whispered something into the air, "Nicotine 7 mg patch or nicotine 2 mg gum daily for six days."
@mosler30211 ай бұрын
@@DifferentM14... actually, the gum is a bad idea. A Long COVID clinic uses the 7mg nicotine patches, 1 per day for 7 days. In fact every trial patient completely recovered. The gum doesn't give a consistent dose, but has surges based upon how the gum is chewed. Also, even the lowest dose gum, 2mg, overwhelms nicotine naive people. There's one company that makes their 7mg patch with a tear line down the middle so sensitive people can do half-doses. I tried the patches after 3 months of horribly debilitating Long COVID. I was completely recovered after a day & a half. But there is a cost to weigh. I felt like I drank 10 cups of coffee & it was very uncomfortable for about 5 days.

As many of these natural remedies are listed as immunomodulators, I regret no one thought to include medicinal mushrooms. Mushrooms contain much longer and more complex immunomodulating beta-glucan chains as compared to plants and therefore they have a stronger impact on the human defense system.

My wife and I haven’t had any clot shots. But we recently contracted covid and I can tell you it’s not a joke. One week in and I’m clearing up but my taste and smell is affected. I’m also exhausted. I’m also suffering an opportunistic throat infection which I’m treating with high strength vitamin c. We’re taking resveratrol, vit d, magnesium, nac and glycine. I’m also taking vitamin b complex for the fatigue. RedBull and aspirin is also helping.
