Merrell makes a good product but not a fan of leather strips running over synthetics. I wish Merrell would make a boot similar to the Maine origins boot in carbon. That is with more carbon leather showing on the outside with light weight, flexible soles, in wide sizes and at an affordable price. Something a guy would wear on the city streets when knocking around and thinking this type of boot might be handy. Wolverine is making boots in carbon but not sure how flexible and light they are?
