Merrill was my favorite! Just hot. I know Donny, then Donny & Marie became the rage--however we'll never know where the else the brothers would have gone with Merrill as lead. I have lot of memories of all the Osmonds--Merrill a babe. I wish there were videos the early stuf.

I had the pleasure of meeting them in Branson,Mo. Most down to earth awesome people. Merrill talked to me in the gift shop. Got pics with them also. Been in love with the osmonds since I was 10. I am in my 60's. I met Jimmy's wife and her family too, before they were married. Sat behind me in threatre.

I know this song is supposed to be about a father singing to his daughter but given how young the guys were at the time I'd say it's more like a husband(Merrill) singing to his wife (Mary). But, in the long run, who cares?! Its a good song and it's sung by a good man, Merrill Osmond!

An awful lot of their songs were actually written and produced by Mike Curb but they still sound as brilliant as ever. Sad that the youngsters think Westlife and the rest wrote all these songs.( I'm starting to sound like my dad! :(
