Now you need to get back there a little more downriver on the flats at night for some really big fish, few more weeks at least. On another note black seabass opens this weekend and they are in close, hopefully a good saltwater season is ahead of us, good luck out there!

I have fished Saco river many times when in Maine. Never cough much. Took a charter boat to do some privet fishing with a captain! I did just as good off shore from a boat launch! Never got one the right size! Would love to go again some time! Maybe in a couple years will go to a different state south of Maine!! But there are cities you got to go through and I am not a city driver! 5, 6,10 lanes of traffic is not me!

Hit the Hudson river, Merrimack is a great river to hit or Hampton Beach area no cities on the way
