Lowrance has similar methods as well. However one thing it also does have is that the unit can record footage directly to an SD card. Pretty useful so that you don't have to haul extra recording gear with you.

what is your opinion on trailer hooks? this summer we went fishing on lake champlain and it saved our fishing cause both our lake trouts were hung from the trailer hook ( was fishing with a 4inch white paddle tail) also, i was wondering if you ever put tipups as well when you go for lakers
@BendItFishing11 сағат бұрын
Trailer hooks are great for catching but are usually trebles and mess up the fish more. I do run "tipups if I have to". I have a video coming soon

How’s the ice on Winnipesaukee? I’m looking to go there this weekend maybe catch my first laker through the ice. Any tips? I think I’m fishing out of Alton bay
@BendItFishing16 сағат бұрын
As of yesterday I saw trucks on Alton Bay! Always check as you go of course. For that area I would suggest just getting away from everyone and you should at least mark some fish.

We’ve been skunked on bow lake twice in two weeks. Five hour days. Different spot each day but didn’t move after we set up. Once shallow, once pretty deep. Learning the lake but unfortunate. Getting after them next week again. Fingers crossed
@BendItFishingКүн бұрын
Well Bow lake doesn't have Lakers in it if you are fishing NH.... Unless the weather is complete crap I don't setup in a spot unless I catch a fish first. Good luck
@ryanroberts1758Күн бұрын
@@BendItFishing i posted this on an older video of yours before i realized it was 11 months ago. we were not after lakers. we were after rainbows, brown, perch, bass (a good time on the ice, havent been since i was just a kid over a decade ago).
@BendItFishingКүн бұрын
@ryanroberts1758 I responded to older videos as well. I've never fished Bow lake but maybe try deeper holes. I've had stocked rainbows eat the perch in those holes

Total junk had two in one week from Scheels both were returned! Neither one would cut holes blades were garbage! Bought a.10” Strike Master works fantastic no issues! Report the truth even if you get it for free! Both ions were the 10” alpha plus.
@BendItFishingКүн бұрын
So I'll admit, the 8 inch rips! I just got the 10 inch it it takes some first to get those blades to cut. I wonder if it's the same issue as the pistol but had when it came out that the blades were cut wrong

Yours is what Snowdog is now calling the 'Legacy' Sport. Do you know of anyone with their 'New' Sport model(I'm guessing '23/'24)? Opinions? The prices for both just significantly dropped but, good luck getting a dealer to honor those prices(most dealers have the legacy models and are in them for more than the new online prices and unwilling to honor those prices).
