New subscriber here from Dallas Texas!! Great walk 👍. We don’t live in an area in the states where we have views like this. Interesting about the marsh area and fresh water area. Very cool 🙌🏼.

Awesome, thank you! Yeah definitely different views from Dallas to UK 😅 would love to visit USA sometime and see your very different views. Stay safe x

Ramblo Maniacs it was lovely! Not quite Cornwall but it’s got its charms, think I might be following in the footsteps of some more of your trips later this year! Keep up the good work mate

As someone else said, the bricks and concrete at 9:20 would have been a WWII observation post. Interesting walk, although I've never found Mersea to be one of the most attractive places in Essex.

I've walked round twice. Once as a child when I lived there, and once when I was about 44. Must do it again soon.(next summer!) It's really best to try to select a date when the tide is in if possible.

Thank you for your comment! It is a beautiful walk. We will certainly come back. It must have been a great place to live as a child 🙂

@@RambloManiacs Yes it was, although probably took it for granted as a child. I still visit once or twice a year and there's a lovely little car boot on Sundays. What I especially enjoy is that even on the nicest days it's never really busy.
