Merseyside police think they are a law unto themselves. But the people see right through them. Not only are people learning about police corruption and abuse of powers, the people are going to hold them to account.
No longer will an organisation be allowed to act like criminals for the people have the power, and it's power from the people!
When police turn up to civil matters, they need to remember their Attestation of constables oath is or was!
In 2002, parliament removed sovereign from the queen in the Attestation of constables; Police Reform Act 2002 - Notice how they removed SOVEREIGN from the Queen at 406 and updated it with 407; www.legislatio...
Police Abusing powers -
Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015 Section 26
Corrupt or other improper exercise of police powers and privileges;
www.legislatio...
(1) A police constable listed in subsection (3) commits an offence if he or she-
(a) exercises the powers and privileges of a constable improperly, and
(b) knows or ought to know that the exercise is improper.
(2) A police constable guilty of an offence under this section is liable, on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 14 years or a fine (or both).
This video is about civil matters and the police are not necessary here, neither are they welcome when they swear allegiant to a corporation and not the people!

How many cars turned up for a "burglary" with lights and sirens?? Even a dog handler! This is a joke in itself, usually they're not interested. They are out of control. Their role is to protect the people, not stand by and watch, or even assist in a criminal offence, and then say "make a complaint"...and then refuse to take it. Seriously, what is their purpose? They're nothing more than thugs.

The UK police....in a civil matter..handcuffed a man so tightly that his wrists bled..I wish I could show you the link to the video. They took him to a police carrier and after swiping his feet from under him he ended up inside the vehicle with slight..but further injuries. This was terrible and an act of aggression to someone handcuffed and unable to protect himself. The poor guy had no charges after this. This is why UK must stand against this.

This is unbelievable, but not surprising. It appears to me that these officers are more than likely afraid of their supervisory officers. The police service is plagued by 'junior' officers cow towing to the so called 'superior' officer hierarchy. In my opinion it is this closed hierarchical system that influences these totally unlawful actions because, in short, these 'junior' officers are concerned about their jobs. The Police is infested with this cancer of Inspectors, Chief Inspectors and Superintendents who are, probably members of the Free Masons, who control the whole corrupt system.

Acting as common criminals, with a badge...all involved should be prosecuted, and the law of the land should follow through with justice for the victim. For laws to be obeyed, in the first instance, it should have taken only one or two police officers to tell the bailiffs they were acting unlawfully and to do one. That’s all that was needed. Seems to me if someone is the victim of a normal crime the response is limited, like they can’t be bothered, but given the opportunity to dress up in tactical gear, strap on guns, drive fast in a convoy of vehicles with flashing lights and sirens, and help corporate thugs to abuse a vulnerable person, then they are all somewhat more enthusiastic!

The police have broke many laws,in this case, and breached your rights , take a private prosecution out against them as individuals.

If a police man or woman needed help in the street I for one would just stand there and watch. No matter what was happening.

Funny, they don't know anything about it. I'm sure they talk to each other about things back at the station

Last year. I got stopped after dropping my uncle off from work at 1am on the short drive home , a police car came up behind me, blue lights, I pulled over. They said I was speeding, I wasn't, and said if I was where is your proof. They went on to who are what's your name, I said I don't need to give you my name as no offence has been committed, they persisted, so after a few minutes I told them, can I go now, no we can smell cannabis, I don't smoke by the way, out the car so I got out they started grabbing me , so I said get off me , so they jumped on my twisted me up put cuffs in to the bones of my hands for maximum pain while they spent 10 minutes searching my car. They never drug wipe me or anything, then let me go once they had there fun. Now I hate the police and understand that they are not for the people or nor do they follow the law. They are out of control and they answer to nobody. SCUM.

So many falsehood in your comment. There doesn't need to be a reason to stop you and you are obliged by law to give your details when requested when driving a motor vehicle.
