My husband took me to Atlantic City years ago now to see, "Steve Lawrence and Eydie Gorme", live in concert. They were amazing! One of our favorite performances we ever saw in person. -- I am glad that Merv and Rosie did talk about Steve and Eydie in this interview.

Steve and Eydie opened for Mr. Sinatra on the "Golden Jubilee" tour. They were terrfic at Rosemont Horizon.

OMG it's the 70s again ('72, '73) and Merv is on the big furniture style TV after school in the living room with paneled walls and burnt orange shag rug. Those were the days my friend 🎶

Griffin comes off here as a wisecracking uncle but when he plays the piano such as Tu-La-Luree, you got a real authenticity. It's somewhat bittersweet to watch him with Rosie because he never fully came out in public.
