Could you please mention some exceptions of the rule of pleomorphism- complex karyotype and uniform histology- translocation tumors? Thank you very much

Angiomatoid fibrous histiocytoma is translocation associated but a subset have pleomorphism: kikoxp.com/posts/4449. Rare cases of low grade fibromyxoid sarcoma can have pleomorphism pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24188507/. I’ve seen it very very rarely in my pod liposarcoma and dfsp after radiation therapy (but I have never seen pleomorphism in those entities otherwise).

Yes small cell with round hyper chromatic nucleus completely occupying the cytoplasm and cytoplasm may be scanty
