Pravus by Meshuggah played in Tokyo, Japan and ripped from the Alive DVD. There were already videos of this on KZbin but the audio quality in the ones I could find was disappointing so I wanted to offer a better one.

Not trying to stir the pot, but I'd have to disagree. Within The Ruins has some epically brutal breakdowns that out do Meshuggah. Also, Leprous-The Sky is Red. The last 3-4 minutes of that song is insane. Sure it may not have double bass blasting you in the gut, but the synergy of all the instruments in that crescendo make for one of the darkest and most intriguing breakdowns out there. I get being a fan and really feeling the music, but try not to hyperventilate over a small section of music that's found in a much larger ocean of heaviness.
