Once a person believes a statement to be true they no longer have the ability to see from a different perspective. It's what we call half-truths. A conscious choice means having the ability to look at reality from different perceptions. A good question to ask is what freedom does an individual have when he believes a partial lie to be true? Some people see life as a straight line in one direction, some see life as a circle. Very few can see the different paths and have the freedom to chose where they want to go. And the business owners of some of my favourite establishments who lost everything, I feel pretty bad for them, too. Their life's work, just gone. I can't even imagine. I feel terrible for all the kids who lost two years of critical socialization and stable routine in their lives. I feel pretty awful for the ones who missed out on once-in-a-lifetime graduations, proms, sports, clubs, and activities that we all took for granted. When the history of these times is written, it will be said that Dr. Peterson’s message of personal responsibility and ethics is what helped to pull us back from the abyss. His authenticity, courage, tenacity, intellectual honesty, and his deep caring for others (and for all of mankind really) make him a hero of our time. God sent this man to us at just the right time and with just the right message. I’m not sure if attaching the word “prophet” would be appropriate, but in the truest modern sense, he fits the bill. I sense that God is doing a mighty work through Jordan, even if he doesn’t fully recognize it or understand it.

@Danny Gentry Ive also been struggling with God personally for as long as I can remember. It wasn’t until I discovered Peterson or “when the student is ready the master will appear” kind of sense. JBP has been a personal revelation and has made my life long struggle with God a bit more resolute than before. Everyday, fighting with these questions and never being satisfied with the answers. I grew up going to church with my mother and brother, I stopped going and then I would start again, and again over and over throughout the course of my 32 years. Eventually we stopped all together because the answers would never make themselves obvious to me and I grew weary of fighting with these ideas and having no one to help me grasp this information. Then JBP appeared and after 6 months, things start to become much more clear, clearer than they’ve ever been; still a little fog though but I think eventually (and if I’m patient) it will all fall into place and appear much more clearer. Thank you for indulging in my tangent.

Dr Peterson, thank you for being you! I am desperate for this hope, for my son, all the children in Canada and around the world. My son who is 14 a wonderful little human has suffered so much. HE can no longer participate in activities, he's a damn good rower with aspirations to row for Canada but it's being taken away from him. HE has a part time job that will end this week. HE is healthy, fit and has a amazing work ethic in school. He does not need the fear that has been thrown out him. Mr. Peterson, Thank you for your public response on the protest at our nations Capitol. I'm a mother of 2, and my husband and I felt strongly that it was now or never to be heard, so we made the journey. I walked through the protest with a sign of my own, whilst carrying my 7 month old daughter on my chest and my 3 year old son in tow. I have never felt more love, inspiration, and a sense of community. EVER. It is a lot to take in emotionally. Everyday Canadians helping one another and refusing to be divided anymore. Perfect strangers are instant friends and the fear to speak to eachother doesn't exist. Just respect and unity. People moved out of the way for me in busy spots out if respect for the kids, and cheered for my Mothers Against Mandates sign, as I did to theirs. People were keeping things clean ensuring trash made it into bags and bags were placed by the bins. Food and water being handed out. Everyone encouraging one another to not be provoked, to keep the peace and respond with love.. and thats exactly what everyone is doing. I met eyes with thousands of people from all walks and creeds and didnt need to say a word- we just connected and we understand eachother that this needs to end now for all of our sakes. I have hope for once. I am so grateful to the truckers for organizing and breaking trail for us all!!! And thank YOU for using your platform to support and encourage as well. All the best 🙇‍♀️
