This must be the most detailed and faithful restoration of any 108 ever. It's glorious to see.

I cannot comprehend the amount of patience and dedication required to accomplish the restorations you are able to do. You are a most talented person. I am most appreciative of Kermit for financing these projects but he could not have any success without talented people like you. Have a great day and stay safe.🙂🙂

Nice to see the 108 coming along. There are a couple of those (wikipedia says 4) flying in Germany and I saw some of them at the Hahnweide Vintage Aircraft Meeting in 2019. This one will probably be the best and shiniest of the lot, but it's still good to see those others flying.

At this pace Bf-108 might fly at XXII century. Let's see the schedule: July, 2023 finding the correct screw for speedometer, November, 2023 using CNC machine, because original screw cannot be found. March, 2024 - "we had to remake the screw because it didn't fit". August 2030 - we hired new workers. June, 2031 - "we broke some parts of the wing, and had to order new ones". January, 2100 - we almost done, we had to clone some workers and installed an antigravity device - couldn't find original part, we don't even know if there was original antigravity device, but it had to have it, because of new regulations... June, 2101, - we are right on schedule...

Thank you for this great update. It‘s always s pleasure to watch the work on the Bf-108. This restoration process is one of the best documented restorations so far. BTW any chance on an Mechanic‘s Corner update on the Bf-109?

I am, I think, likely just as much a prop-driven warbird fan as is Kermit - albeit without the funding to preserve them as he does. KUDOS! That said - there is something about the 108 which makes it just as beautiful and exciting to see coming back to life under Paul's guidance as would be any military aircraft. Such a beauty! Thank you, Kermit, Paul, and the rest of the amazing staff there at FoF for sharing these informative and educational 'behind the scenes' videos. :) Let see some of that PBY action soon! Another great bird!!! :D

It cracks me up how he slinks out of frame at the end of almost every video or even each segment he does as if to fool us into thinking he's heading to where he said he was going for the next segment, when we know he's either going to do another take or going to shut off the camera.
