Yes your pretty safe with buying a HM model, I have rarely had an issue!! And their spares parts service is really helpful too!!

Yeah HM seem to stay away from 109's & 190's also Spitfires & Hurricanes as well as P-51's & P-47's in 1:72 scale but do 1:48 for them. All these are made by Corgi in 1:72 scale so I wonder if they have a deal not to encroach on each other's market!! Thanks for watching!!

Another awesome model from Hobby Master, my collecting has been great this month, got a lot of models for decent prices but I am especially starting December off to a great start, managed to snag a very rare Hobby Master F-16 Edwards HA3856 and got their British Tornado "Mig Eater" with only a broken stub on one of its ordinance for only $58! Along with Corgis Ju-52 Immellmen II, Do-215 and Falcon Models Rommel's Storch for $400 😁

Ah Santa is looking out for you,haha I was going to buy the Rommel Storch but the seller was asking a price that I couldn't afford,haha. Oh that Do-215 is a great find!!! You get the best of both worlds with this one! Two schemes for the price of one! How attractive is this and it provokes a bit of thought-why? I Like that. BTW good to be concerned about stands and paint damage- I had scratches from a stand on the underside of a Century Wings F14. Good idea of yours re tape.

@@peterhewson3216 haha never thought of it that way 🤣 maybe the pilot just wanted that reminder of the cool Russian winter while flying in the hot African sky 🤣. It's always been a thing that worried me if I used stands. Whether that hard stand would rub or leave a mark on the paint. Especially if it's a weighty model. Sorry to hear about your Tomcat!! The only 1:48 Me262's I have seen have been by Franklin Mint and were out of my price range. Hopefully one day,haha. Thanks again for dropping past!!

the 109E is a great mold from HM, they have it dialed in....the F however...
