Yep my Imagination says that first bus would do joint services we all know they could. The fact is when Midland Red West merged with Badger Line there was a joint service between Birmingham and Weston-super-Mare.

Just a couple of points if I might..... I don't know what it is ( and I don't think it is your fault ) but the roads to me seem to small for your layout especially the large vehicles they fill the whole roadside they are on which to me isn't normal. On a personal note, you really shouldn't announce that you are leaving your home for a trip...

Thank you for your comment other than the bridges which is ho gauge the roads are actually oo gauge . Take your point on not broadcasting the away trips will remember in future. Stephen
