I just decluttered our bathroom last week. You did a great job. May I add, for health reasons, that I have read that it’s not good for your toothbrushes to be stored in a drawer because it prevents airflow which can be a breeding ground for bacteria and mold. Something to look up and consider.
@queenofputrescence51672 жыл бұрын
So jealous that you don't have any need for pads anymore. I use a cup and have for probably at least 15 years. But being of a certain age, usually at least two nights during my period, that cup is not going to last the night. (Even after an ablation 12 years ago). So I still need to wear a pad at night during my period and always wear liners during my period. Just in case "my cup runneth over" and I can't get to the bathroom in time! But the cup was one of the best decisions ever! So much cheaper, holds more and much more eco-friendly!

Currently resisting the urge to buy organizers for my bathroom. 🤣🤣 Moving into a bigger space does not always mean equal storage. My previous bathroom was enormous 17’ x 10’. While I need, love, and it is my organizing style to have all the “bins”, I hope we will be replacing the vanity in the next year, so it seems very pointless to buy any of that and then repurchase later.

One of the problems that I have noticed when people "stock up" is that a lot of times they are buying extra because it's on sale, not because it is their favorite. Then they want to try something new or they decide they don't like it anymore and they have so much product to work through.
@NatalieBennett2 жыл бұрын
yes, that can be a problem! But not for me in this situation. Like I said, the items that I’m stocking up on are my tried, and true favorites that happened to have gone on sale, and I took advantage of that!

Because I keep my house decluttered and minimal, I had an entire hall closet that’s empty. A luxury, I know. But with that empty space, I use it for nothing but overstock supplies… paper goods, toiletries, cleaners… all of it. When I’m out of something, I just shop the closet. When I’m getting low, I just pick some up next time it’s on sale. It saves me money because I’m always buying it at a good price, not just when I need it. I very much do the same thing with my pantry and meat freezer.
