Certainly sounds plausible that Tiffany included some “ Fine Print” details in the construction work agreement forms for the specific home owners needing repairs done. But the home owners “ possibly” didn’t read that fine print in the contracts. Why would they read it throughly when the mayor is telling them that the work will be done for FREE?! Makes sense Tiffany knew she had no intention of covering the full costs and the construction company would then turn to the home owners for their payment. The contractor business doesn’t care who pays the repairs cost. They just want to get paid. That’s just sad , The mayor putting the poor home owners in that financial ruin. Utterly disgusting.
