It's the exact same test they would do for the flu. Insert swab into one nostril straight back (not upwards) and horizontally to the nasopharynx up to the measured distance on the swab handle. People should be able to choose. I wear mine when it's needed like at my work because of the chemicals we use but other than that I think the mask doesn't do shit. And for those that do believe in wearing a mask go ahead that is their right. I think mask mandates are unconstitutional because if they're wearing masks that think are safe then leave it at that and let those who choose not to that is their right. It's very real... It's some horrible shit.... My fiancee is the hospital on a ventilator from this shit.... He's been there for over a month and been on a ventilator for exactly a month..... We got it from our child's school.... The parents sent their sick kid to school and got our child and both myself and him sick.... Neither of us can wear masks for health reasons and neither of us can get the poke for health reasons... We are damned if we do and damned if we don't.... Either we die from the mask and poke or we die from covid.... That's where our family is....
