The non-violent approach to this (and we are very far from doing it or having the will to do it, in fact, we have been on the opposite trajectory for a long time and it is cultural suicide) is to very openly and boldly educate the British public, including your everyday ordinary Muslims, on what Islam actually teaches, on the many awful things that Mohammad actually did according to Islam's own texts. A line should have been drawn a very long time ago that ridiculed and did not tolerate the idea of having blasphemy laws, let alone blasphemy laws resulting in the death penalty! We should absolutely draw the line at child marriage, killing homosexuals, polygamy, laws against apostasy, again let alone including the death penalty, and any ideas of eradicating and not allowing religions that Islam refers to as not "of the book", i.e. Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, etc. Any rules for enforcing dhimmi status. Instead, the public has for decades been taught that Islam is THE religion of peace and that anyone who even thinks to question this is a bigot, is a racist, and is ignorant. Now we are suffering the results and I am afraid unless there is a major sea change, it is going to get a whole lot worse. The conflict between Israel and Gaza is not actually about land, it is about religion, more specifically the teachings of Islam. They are not going to allow a Jewish state for reasons taught by Mohammed and the Quran. The sooner this is realised and opposed, the better.
