Meta Knight is just such a unique character. Of coarse he is a knight like every other knight, but he isn't a good guy nor is he a bad guy. Plus his character design for how he has no legs, but still a really good design is just insane, and instead of doing what every swordsman do, he instead built a flying battleship to take over dreamland, for the good of all people. But not only is he also an anti hero, there is still lore to this day why he looks like Kirby, where his sword really came from, why he is one of the last star warriors to ever exist, and why he is so mysterious. He is just such a very cool character.

More think Kirby just reassured him that just because Kirby is always sleeping doesn't mean he isn't also ready to deal with invasions. Because prior to this, and after it, Meta Knight is nearly perpetually more a training partner than an active threat when he isn't taken over by something. Plus, Squeak Squad shows that Meta Knight has more up his sleeve than he uses against Kirby in this instance, even if you don't take the Meta Knightmares as accurate about his power (at which point it is 100% clear that at best, this was a systems check by getting Kirby to fight his ship so that he could test Kirby's skill against an invasion force as well as the Halberd's functionality in case it became necessary.)

This was awesome. I liked the lyrics and how they were shown like dialogue the game, and the art was really good, especially that Meta Knight. This is absolutely incredible. Meta Knight being my favorite gaming character, and this song being one of my favorite kirby songs, I’ve wanted version with lyrics for a while. And, this is more than I could’ve hoped for. I love the accent, I love how the smash victory voice lines are included. And the Meta-Knights voice lines are amazing as well.
