There are several VNs here, all from the same series, Higurashi, Umineko and Ciconia When They Cry. Higurashi and Umineko both have 8 episodes, and Ciconia will have 4 phases however, at the moment it only has 1 phase and is basically on hiatus. If you ever plan on reading them please use the 07th Expansion mod for Higurashi, Umineko Project for Umineko Episodes 1-8 for the visuals and/or the Umineko Catbox patch for additonal content that are considered lore important (+ all 8 Episodes of Umineko if you don't want to download both Umineko Project and Umineko Saku), it can be applied to the Umineko Saku on the Nintendo Switch or by using Ryujinx/Yuzu (discontinued but a download is available online), and just play Ciconia on Steam. And if you wanted to play just one of them, I would recommend Umineko or if you plan on reading the whole series, read in the order of: Higurashi (Episodes 1-8), Umineko (Episodes 1-8), Umineko Saku (Includes Tsubasa and Hane, as well as Saku's new content) and Ciconia (Only Phase 1 out of 4 is out at the moment).
