I own the Hitachi 21 degree framer and the 15 gauge. After many years, they still work without any problem.

You don’t really need the multi volt battery to go with this nailer, a 3.0Ah battery should be just fine

Have you ever tested the Senco 20 degree framing nailer. I'm looking to buy a 21 degree framing nailer.

Isnt that 2.5 ah multivolt battery a 5 ah in the 18v gun?

Milwaukee may be better performing but your dishing out almost 200 for battery kit (not 3.0 or better) And the bare tool is almost the same price as the HPT with batteries. Hate the way that industry went.

What differences are there between the 18v and 36v versions? Can’t find someone comparing the two

anyone know if the 30* magazine will bolt in place of the 21* magazine? you get twice the nails in the magazine with the clipped head
@tm-es2qb2 жыл бұрын
21^ definitely don't work in the 30* magazine, so probably not the other way around either.
@histguy101 Жыл бұрын
Yes, if you have the 30° Magazine, you can swap it out with the 21° magazine. It's the same gun.

I don't like any of the battery nailers because they a so so so heavy, I just can't understand why so bulky and heavy.
@SomeDumUsrName11 ай бұрын
This one is lighter and well balanced and would surprise you. I have wrist issues from years of doing this stuff and my wrists like this gun.
@rickyperkins23211 ай бұрын
@@SomeDumUsrName two years ago when Milwaukee introduced both nailers I was going to purchase until I felt the weight how comfortable they were. It would be nice to ditch the compressor if this is balanced

Can you tell me if he uses round nails?

21° nailer yes the 30° nailer is clipped or offset and likes Pasload senco and matabo nails as those have clean breaking paper and glue.

I bought this gun when it first came out and it's performance has been outstanding. it's been used and abused on the jobsite and still going strong. it's a freakin beast!

I've had the metabo hpt for 4 years and still going strong, my Brother bought the milwaukee and a year later it doesnt sink the nails anymore.
@N1rOx5 ай бұрын
@@jbammorales5858 likely just needs to be refill it's nitrogen tank. that's another thing against it though, the hikoki/metabo hpt uses regular air and can be refuelled by the average joe with an adapter. The milwaukee on the other hand.. when was the last time you kept compressed nitrogen handy?
