Good explanation. But there are few mistakes in your calculations. First of all, the value of X1 square should be 46 and not 41 and second the f table value at 5% level of significance with 2 and 9 degree of freedom should be 4.26 and not 4.46. Video post karne se pehle ekbar check kar lijiyega kyunke bohot se log aap ke video dekh kar sikh rahe hai.

Thanks for this question. It's not a proper hypothesis... First try to make a proper null or alternative hypothesis... Only than I can say anything about acceptance or rejection. Generally if null hypothesis is rejected than we can say that there is a significant differences.... And if null hypothesis is accepted that means there is no significant differences exist. It is simply connected with the statement of hypotheses. For example if we create a null hypothesis "there will be no significant differences between two groups" And by statistical calculation our hypothesis rejects than there is significant differences exist and if our hypothesis accept than there exist no significant difference. I hope this will be helpful to you.
