I was told that only 1 trinket of any specific type works on a ship. For example: i had 3 heroes with crossbows on Crimson ship, but supposedly the effect only works on one of them. Is this true?

Incomplete, how about fusing 2 trinkets with Levels already? does it reverts to level 0 if fused?

Full guide in description very brief guide in reality. So the question is what do i with a rank 4 level 24 blue trinket i don't need. I don't know if i should recycle it because unlike a level 0 trinket its not telling me what i will get ... And what can i do with all the rare teardrops I no longer need

Blue trinket and teardrop could be useful in the beginning when you don't have sufficient epic and legendary trinkets. You won't need them once you got epic and legendary trinkets on all heroes.
