The balls in the blade has a gimmick that is NOT the ones that Draciel, Jupiter, or Zeus has. The main gimmick of Knight Mail is a mass damper integrated to the Blade which increases the defense by hampering the impact and shock, reducing the bouncing side effect after it takes a hit from the opposing Bey therefore increasing the Bey's overall weight while reducing the chance of an Over Finish or Extreme Finish. Combine that the roundish rim of 3-85 and the shock absorbing effect of Bound Spike makes this Bey, in theory, difficult to beat with brute force. The gimmick is similar to Tamiya's Mini 4wd where mass dampers are installed to the car to reduce the bouncing and shock the car experiences after a jump section, therefore keeping the car in the track.

@@nuc the blade is not really designed for equalization or spin stealing. The balls travel vertically in the blade so the gimmick is similar to having a suspension to avoid excessive bouncing after being hit by an opposing bey.

I really like Crimson Garuda. It's basically got everything down to what I think a Homage Bey should be with Beys like Cobalt Drake and Aero Pegasus are able to accomplish. It looks like Dranzer, the Metal Blade is done right with the two bladed bird heads, and it is Mode Changing which is also significant to Dranzer as well. I got a feeling it is with something very significant like Trans Point that is why we didn't get Crimson Garuda much sooner. Also I never see the similarities with Weiss Tiger, TT has absolutely messed up on the three "Tiger" Heads on the blades, they look like fish heads...

I'm kinda disappointed they went with Garuda in the name, even Phoenix is closer to the vermillion bird Dranzer was based on, Garuda doesn't really make sense, but I'm absolutely gonna put a custom Dranzer sticker over the chip anyway lol

Honestly. Im excited for all of it! Samurai looks incredibly fun to try and practice different launch angles in order to make use of Level's full capabilities. Garuda looks to have a good round shape perfect for defense and or stamina. Knight for the plethora of good and strong parts reprints! I love it all!

actually, the 2-70 rachet on Samurai Saber is a lot more special than what you think. If you look closely, you can see the shape of 2-60 and 2-70 are not the same. The shape of 2-70 is smoother and more round.

I think the biggest issue with ball bearings is that the spin of the bey stops the balls from moving. The balls here go up and down, not in and out, so the balls will actually move based on how the bey tilts.

I was actually kinda shocked when I saw the customize set including the (now once) Hasbro exclusive Talon Ptera, now rebranded for Takara Tomy as Ptera Swing. Which in my opinion, is kinda odd. Like I get it, Takara needed an extra layer to throw into the set, but why... a Hasbro exclusive? And now, Talon Ptera, ISN'T a Hasbro exclusive anymore! If I'm gonna be honest, Takara should've been using Hasbro exclusives, FOR THE BURST SERIES! THERE WERE SOOOOOOO MANY HASBRO EXCLUSIVES THAT I WANTED TAKARA TOMY-FIED. Like how cool would it have been, to see Hasbro exclusives like Morrigna, Ogre, Cyclops, Gargoyle, AND EVEN THE (crappy Hasbro throw in) EVOLUTIONS TO OLDER BEYS LIKE NEMESIS AND SALAMANDER???
