Yep, that's good advice. I worked as a Maintenance Engineer for a major hotel and several times I had to take apart the drain pipe to retrieve rings, bracelets, etc for guests. I had one woman who dropped her wedding ring down the gap on the elevator door. I had to close down the elevator and crawl into the bottom off the elevator shaft to get it back. If you are so unfortunate to flush a ring down the toilet it's gone for good.

I was just up there, next time you go , stay at Trekker , it's like a hippie resort, tree houses , hobit houses, you can stay in a plane or boat that are land bound. Goats, honey bees they have it all, just up around the North end of town. I suggest the tree houses, rope bridges, decks, full kitchen and baths. Outdoor and indoor private shower.

Remember those are retail prices and jewelry has the highest markup of ANY industry. A little deceiving tbh. When I find designer jewelry I never get retail when selling - I get spot price for gold and sometimes paid for real diamonds. I didn't even see a weight on the product description there, but it is worth (18k price per gram today) X (the total gram weight) - probably less than $1k there. Still a great find, but if I did what you do with prices I could say I found an $18,000 ring this summer in Cape Cod here. The ring is not worth retail though, only in a retail jewelry market 0 not dug up or found metal detecting - the one I found that retails for 18k sold for $2500. Realistic prices and I know my gold and jewelry dealers I do their websites.

Hi, Nora.. and a big 'Welcome Back' to Lena. Not much trash, but the white gold ring and the bracelet are awesome (my old memory says you were with Lena a few years back when you found a gold bracelet. You had set up camp on a small island, and while Lena rested, you decided to dive for treasure around where you had that small dinghy.
