Metal Detecting Coins Everywhere! (Neighbors House)

I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas! My basement insulation is torn out while I remodel, and I don't have a supplemental heating source yet for half of the downstairs, so I'm staying at my parents place a few days until it warms up. It got down to around zero today here in TN without the wind chill. There have been rolling blackouts, but thankfully it seems like they're finally over. Stay warm everyone! I have more videos filmed and on the way. And for clarification, there appears to be some discrepancy on the 1962 maps in my area. I don't think this house was actually built until 1970. I usually wouldn't metal detecting a place this new, but being local I won't turn down any permission. All it takes is one really nice piece of jewelry to make a good hunt. And as you can see, I found a coin that predated the house by 40 years. You just never know what is going to pop up! Treasure is where you find it.

I have zero issue digging those 70s houses. You're right all it takes is 1 ring to make it worth it but some of the oldest finds I've ever found have been in places they shouldn't be

I appreciate that you enjoy the videos. After digging quite a bit in December my last hunt a few weeks ago flared up my old neck and back injuries. So I'm lying low for now. Also, having been on youtube for 10 years, my passion to film and edit ebbs and flows. I just don't spend as much time on here as I used to. I do have a few digs I need to edit, so maybe I'll work on them if I don't get out for a while. Happy hunting.

I fell in 2013 10 to my back from first floor of house to basement on top of a latter. fractured my L6 they said I will never feel right again, metal detecting helped me out a lot, well anyhow friend hope to see you swinging soon.

Hi Daniel. I have deleted over 600 videos on my channel as I clean up my content, and I was going to remove that video regardless. However, regarding that situation, we decided to go our own ways. But I have nothing bad to say about her. She is a nice lady, and I had already met her parents, who were nice people as well. We just had some differences and struggled to reconcile them. I do not regret getting to know her.
