Excellent year end video with some awesome finds. That button looked 1812 period with the straight line formed into the one piece. Usually denotes a cannon sitting on a flat plain. There were only 3 artillery regiments then, along with some light artillery. Jmo.

Nice finish to the year, Kurt. Nice job on the half penny from Canada. A few years ago I found the full penny from the Bank of Upper Canada of the same year - 1852. Great finds, as always. Awesome that both of you found a US large cent. Congrats on those, the indians, the merc, the sterling K heart, the old buttons, foot deep wheatie, and three/one ringers. Even the late flying eagle! I really like the marble and the 10K white gold staphire ring, too. Super awesome day! It was fun watching you open all the shipments at Christmas, too. Perfect way to wrap up 2015.

That last little cobalt blue glass thing that you were not sure what it was, was an eye cup. You put fluid (water or medicine) in it, put your head forward to position your eye on the cup, then straighten/put your head back so the fluid can go into your eye as you open and shut it repeatedly. When you use it with just water it is helpful to flush particles out of your eye.

Go to 38:00, the round iron ball at the top corner of the screen looks to be a Civil war canister iron "Grape shot". Great find being the large size that it is. A super ten hour hunt and all kinds a coins , bullets and goodies to boast about! Thanks for sharing and good luck in 2016! The ring and bank token are awesome. Your crusty iron button looks to be war of 1812 for sure! Carefully clean it up, a good find as well....
