Im wondering if the reason its was not found by other people detecting is bc the machine picked up the bolt and they were like. "NOPE"... LOL... Nice find for sure. Sometimes when I'm able to, (depending on the area) I will take some of the dirt with me and see if I can find the stone. Usually, more times than not I do (sorting at home).....

I always carry a small spray bottle and a brush for obvious reasons. Congratulations on your first dirt fishing ring!

Please put an old tooth brush in your finders bag, you could damage a ring by using your digger to clean off the dirt.

when I detected spot fields and where there had been a huge gathering, I set my detector to detect in a narrow band. we have one and two-dollar coins so we leave those notches there and away we go, 5,10,20, and 50 cents we ignore. being a lazy sod it saves heaps of digging.

I always go with a full charge. The newer batteries don't have memory issues like old style rechargeable batteries did .

Bummer that your battery died, but now you have some idea of how long it lasts 😉 You did find a ring 💍👍 I wouldn't think a cheap ring would have a horseshoe spring insert like that. Did you find any markings on It?

They may have an external battery pack that will plug in for emergency use.

Don't you just set it on Bluetooth 2 so you can still use the head phones and hear it out loud?

you cant use the detector on a power bank. ??? while its off its been plugged in. to a power bank. just saying have a good day.

Es normal que no tengas pilas en el detector,le pasas mil veces el detector por encima para comprobar algo que ya es evidente que hay un objetivo,el pinpointer lo dejas mucho rato que suene
