I once took my detector to the beach in San Diego and was surprised at how many razor blades, needles, and nails that I found. Lots of sharpies. I once metal detected in the Superstition Mountains east of Phoenix where there is a legion of the "Lost Dutchman's gold". Found nothing but rocks.

Ahhh but from minimum wage you must deduct taxes that are kept from pay and add any non cash benefits. Here I’m the US it’s about a 25% deduction from wages for all the deductions. Additions depend on what the employer provides which can vary widely from $0 on up.

How in the world did you get permission to detect in a public park in Amsterdam? My town has a nice large park, but I'm pretty sure it is off limits. It's hard to find the correct person to ask for permission. Sorry for so many comments :D
@BondiTreasureHunter5 жыл бұрын
If you are new to detecting just make sure you dig very small and perfect holes and fill them in so that nobody can tell you have been digging there. In Amsterdam it's ok to detect in parks. I just use a very small hand digging tool or a screwdriver and i dont dig anything that i cant detect on the surface with my pinpointer so Im not digging deep holes. Never do that in the park and you should be ok. What country are you in?

@@BondiTreasureHunter Hi, I live in Slovenia. I actually just got an ambiguous reply from my city, basically saying that its public property to be used by all, specifically meant to be used for recreation and sport. I consider MD-ing to be a recreational activity so I replied that, I take their answer as a green light, as long as I leave the park in the same or nicer condition than when I arrived.
