Another great video I'm glad you keep putting up videos for the deus 1 I personally use the x35 13inch coil most of the time because of the ground I detect I like the coverage of it it still amazes me how good it pick up them small targets like a small roman coin in amongst the iron I have the hf coil but never really needed to use it perhaps I'll give it more of a go this year 👍🏼

I've always done really well with my 1in x35 coil on wet ground. Wet ground is my preference for deeper targets. Nice to see you back on the groundbreaking Deus 1

Great vid as always Gary. I love my Deus 1 with HF coil, although i bought the 11" X35 for pasture, I just haven't used it as much. I can't see a reason to upgrade to a Deus 2 if im honest, as im happy with what I've got. I used to use Hot all the time but now I tend to use your Sonar program at 31khz, with reactivity at 3, and im finding some tiny bits with it. Looking forward to your next vid. Cheers.

Elliptical HF coil all day everyday. Perfect around stubble and rocks plus I prefer the white colour during night hunts. Cheers.

i had the orx with the eliptical coil i loved the freqencey range i got crazy deal on the deus 1 with the 2 hf coil and the big x35 and one set of ws5and 2 sets of th biger headphones with 3 pucs i have tried the x35 im not fan of it but i been using the hf round because i never had it when i had my orx i find my self still finding betterstuff every time i use the elipitacl coil thereis something about it that has some kinda magic to it

My coil's protection is falling off because the coil is not symmetrical. Is this a defect? By air, on a Roman denarius, it is somewhere around 27 cm. Is this normal?

The coils are symmetrical as far as I am aware it sounds like a defective cover. The depth depends on settings.

Short question, in the Manuel ther is the Option in the x35 coil to Power Up the tx gain, but at the HF coil its Not. Does that mean that the HF coil runs automaticly on "highest" tx gain?? Ore how do i have to think about it(tx should bei the Power that comes Out of the coil sends into the ground and sens how the coil registreds the Signal) ? And how is the deus in tx gain settings to the orx (on witch preset settings ist the orx in tx), (sometimes i think my deus needs glasses) Greats Markus

The TX gain is an old feature so no longer used. It is already built into the HF coils to give maximum performance.

@@The-skillschool yes i know, If Seen nearly all of your Videos😉, but in my brain is a Picture of an Sender and a Receiver, tx may be the Sender and sens the Receiver, If the Sender is Not strong enough to get into the ground, the Receiver cant receiv the deeper Signals(If conditions allow it) i think it could be Like a flashlight where you can adjust the light beam from wide to far away or bride to Point 🤔

That was strange, I'm convinced the X35 did best on the tiny Roman at 7khz and started to stutter at 17khz ?? ATB MMMD

The ground Vs target, I think the HF was more punchy.

Grazie ho deciso di aquistare una X 35 da 9 perché la trovo più stabile sul terreno bagnato usando frequenze tra 7.7 e 11.7 khz .... molti buona per monete grandi in bronzo argento reliquie e militaria ! Tutto il resto lo faccio fare alla bobina ellittica lavorando a 31 khz !!! ​@@The-skillschool

Io .i trovo meglio con le HF mi spiace per chi dice il contrario 🤬🤬🙏 labobina ellittica HF e unica non la cambierò mai .. faccio ricerca nei parchi di piccoli oggetti d oro e usare la 54 khz 74 khz e FAVOLOSO.. la MFS nei parchi e nella spazzatura non funzione . La multy frequenzaper me nel ferro non va ed e più lenta
