This is his actual voice. His high voice is called “Counter Tenor”. Plus Italians say his diction is perfect. I agree I’ve never heard a singer like this that can go from different ranges so flawlessly. He’s is from the Philippines & was homeless for many years & never learned English. He’s been on AGT 3 times. His voice is extraordinary.

Your reaction was priceless! It's my understanding that Marcelito Pomoy taught himself this song by listening to a recording by Celine Dion Andrea Bocelli. His performance is gorgeous considering that he requires a translator to carry on a conversation in English even though he understands it well but has trouble speaking it. He speaks Philipino broken english, but his singing was self taught. He is singing now in English, Italian, Spanish and Chinese but not speaking those languages. Possibility even more by now. He grew up on the streets from age 7 or 8, and now is married and a father! He is a humble man, helping others living around him, even though his monitary worth is estimated to be $5,000,000 USD. His ambition serves him well in whatever he does!

He was supposed to go on tour when the Covid lock down started. He turned around and helped in his community by providing necessities and building houses for people. I think that his kind soul is reflected in his singing .... he sings also with his heart ... we can feel it. Love that guy

I had the great privilege of meeting and watching him live in concert last June in Toronto. Watching him live was like an out of body experience. The videos DO NOT do his voice any justice. Love your genuine reaction. Marcelito Pomoy is a treasure of the Philippines that needs to be shared with the world. He's truly unbelievable and unreal. He's incredible. He is the master in switching voices in a split second, no effort whatsoever. He never ever had a real training in singing, he's self-taught. How is that possible? Incidentally, Marcelito takes this song to yet a higher level in the release of his album, "Duet Yourself". He includes the harmony part singing Bocelli's lead and Dion's alto harmony on the same track. This adds a beauty that he couldn't do live.

Marcelito won Philippines got talent. I heard that because of Life circumstances caused his parents to not be around he grew up on the streets and taught himself how to sing Both high and low to keep himself company. Not only is he doing celine and Andrea Part he is also switching between English and Italian. At least I'm assuming that's Italian and Not another language. Thank you baby

She started playing piano at age 2,violin at 3 and composing at 4. This is her performing the third movement of her violin concerto. She wrote and orchestrated it all at 9 years old.
