IMPORTANT NOTE! The price of Metal Fetishist shown in the video is in reality LOWER! It should be around 388 USD VS 490 shown in video. Check unzu.nz/bbm for the actual price!

I've had mine for a few months now and I love it. I watched a demo of it right before Superbooth and I think the video ran for 25 seconds before I sent a message to my local synth dealer. So inspiring and fun to work with. Love it!

Really was not expecting much from this synth-quite a pleasant surprise! Patch points + MIDI would go a long way for MK2. Side note, you could output the CLK from the Pulsar-23 to one of the 1/4 Jacks and patch that to the Metal Fetishists' Clock Input, if you wanted the Pulsar to be the master clock. Thanks for the great work and nice presentation, Bo, much appreciated 🙏

The guy who created this thing is flying solo, probably out of his damn garage, and just walloped the free market of synthesizer right in the jugular with a truly innovative and feature rich device for the purchase price equivalent of a Chase Bliss pedal. Seems like a winner to me. Keep banging, Bo!

1. Plenty of demos of how to use it with your music in the video. 2. Making a track with a 1 voice synth… is possible but not the point. Check Red Means Recordings live session he posted a month ago where he uses this in a setup. It rocks! 3. Artists from all walks of life buy niché instruments (like Scott says its the price of a premium pedal, and lots of artists buy these pedals) 4. A Microfreak as amazing as it is is a massproduced broad appeal instrument. This is not. This is clearly a unique passion project.

$399 in the US. Untz Untz ships from the EU and VAT is tacked on that listing, and of course the exchange rate is sometimes not so nice. So not near as expensive as mentioned in the video.

Very EBM ( which is sort of where my music is going atm) interesting sound, I’d really love one but for me the dealbreaker is the price of it were in the €100 to €200 price range, I’d probably be figuring out how to save my cents for one but €400 plus is a bit dear particularly given it’s somewhat quirky niche appeal, hmmm…
@sunilsolanki3 ай бұрын
It's worth every penny. Honestly. Just save up and get one. Pair with a DFAM and a delay pedal for pure EBM/industrial heaven.

I have one for a few months and it s hard to jam with it think. I m not the kind of guy that does record everything and then uses only the best parts, but i really think that workflow is needed. You change sounds quickly turning a knob and lose the sweetspot and get something completely different. So it s not a tweak and jam and don t look back item. I did think about selling it. I might pair it some more with other gear like the pulsar.

That's really awesome. I love using randomness in my music. The harsh metalic sounds would be fantastic for Industrial. Perfect Circuit has this for $399 US. Unfortunately That's more than I can justify. So I will wait until they come down in orice or Uli decides to make one for half the price. All that said, i might end up having to save up my pennies and pay full price.

Actually the Metal Fetishist can also make amazing Ambient Soundscapes and Synth Arpeggios without any noise-distortion, you just have to play around with the switches and knobs to find the softer part of this wonderful machine. I love this Percussion Synth as it is. It hits hard when you want it to and it's always a Blast whenever I use it.💡🤖🤙🏽🎛🥁🔥⛓️👁💥❗️
