I don't think you know that Bloodlust charges give you super-armor lol... enemies won't be able to stun you when you have them charged up. You can also charge up Bloodlust's first attack fast enough to hit Monsoon as he rushes towards you. Seeing as I'm 4 months late though, this is probably useless info.

All this run shown me was the Scissors are both overpowered and the absolute worst weapon in the game. Overpowered because it can kill most enemies in a single hit, but also takes forever to attack, opening you to attacks. Rather fun weapon to use.
