You have to find all the XOF badges to unlock the deja vu mission then complete it on normal to play as MGS1 Snake and Hard to play as Cyborg Ninja. There's a quiz on MGS1 at the end you have to pass

Honey Hamster it's an engineered retrovirus injected into Solid Snake who acts as a "vector"... kind of a mosquito for malaria if you know what I mean. This modified virus is transmitted through air, only infecting those who are meant to be its target. This is possible because the virus was created in a way it can identify its victims by DNA identification (in a easy way to explain, of course). Once the victim inhales the virus, it goes thru the bloodstream and when recognize the DNA sequence it was programmed for, it starts to produce some cytokine that kills the myocardial cells in the heart, thus leading the victim to suffer a heart attack.

It a semi stealth and more action. Snake wasn't good on combat with his hands that much so the solid series were stealth instead of confronting the enemy. It also make sense that raiden should be on a hack and slash game because he uses sword

No because its part of mission. Easter Eggs are hidden and you wouldnt normally find on first playthough unless you were told or you spent a lot of time on. Its not an easter egg if the mission briefing gives you BIG hints on where to find it. Besides, these are not easter eggs. They are just references to Mgs1. Big difference.
