Let's get enough likes for him to take notice. He did mention that he is an unbashful capitalist plus most Xmas songs and hymms are open source thus no royalties. I think Dan is ready to place his spin on the classics. His 200 videos have honed his singing orchestration and arrangements skills. HE knows how to tell a story and take us on a journey thru his craft. The album would become an instant classic.

The breath control, phrasing, and vocal power throughout every long-held note are hallmarks of operatic music. Yet, your expressiveness and creativity with soft & quiet passages reveal sensitivity and intelligence. There is a beautiful balance between caressing sensuality and explosive hardness. Mad passion and a divine voice honed by desire and extensive training are the requirements to perform the chosen difficult songs and Mr. Vasc possesses both in abundance. At the risk of seeming shallow, even at first look one cannot help but notice that he is also an extremely good looking human. Also noticeable is that he can look like a completely different person on every song and I don't know if this is by design or if every cell in his body automatically adapts to the assignment. I am very thankful for and in complete awe of this gentleman and may he continue to perform for our everlasting pleasure and enjoyment.

When a vocal musician can give me goosebumps that means it touches my soul. You sir, gave me goosebumps. The way you sang that, you were truly praising God and the birth of his son, Christ! Merry CHRISTmas everyone!

Don't want to burst your bubble but Jesus was born in September around the time the Twin towers fell. The pope a couple of centuries ago picked out the date. In fact it is big in satan's calendar.

Magnificent Dan. I am a 67 year old follower of Christ. You have been blessed. Start on the path and keep the faith. Praying you continue to touch our hearts with your music.

Dan has "been on the path" since he was born. He and his brother Davi were brought up to worship and praise the Lord, and they continue to do so. There are many songs that he sings that will attest to this fact. One of them is very special. It's called "For All." Give it a listen, and don't turn off the outro.

Thank you for taking the time to post this. It is an answer to prayer to once again be shown humility and grace and praising Our Lord. What a gift to start my day. @@GrandmasGotGraceLW

Dan has indicated (back in November) that he has dreamed for quite some time, of making an entire ALBUM of metalized "traditional hymns." He said that if/when he can make it happen, he will probably place "How Great Thou Art" as the #1 track. I'm betting he WILL make it happen. 😀

Not a heavy metal fan, but this guy's version gave me goosebumps, because to me it portrayed the power of God sending his son Jesus to earth. No lukewarmness! Good job!
@GloriaCote-o1c11 ай бұрын
Dan Vasc doesn't do lukewarm. Just a couple of months ago I also was not a metal fan until I was fortunate enough to experience Dan's unique and beautiful way of covering songs in metal. I am now a proud and unapologetic metal head and loving everything Mr. Vasc does. CHRIST IS THE LORD and SAVIOR!

@@SandraCat22 Yes...he does. He's actually done it twice. This first one is his earlier version, recorded in Dan's old studio (inside of his home), seven years ago (May 29, 2016). It's very good, in and of itself. He would have been 26 years old when he posted this version. kzbin.info/www/bejne/iqSchYZnibaGe7csi=OnRkg59md7Eadcmv Then, when Dan got his new studio (inside of his garage) completed, he recorded this one. It was posted on February 22, 2020, when he would have been 30 years old. You can see and hear a good measure of added maturity, plus there's a big difference in presentation, due to his new background, lighting, and electronic equipment. kzbin.info/www/bejne/pJivaXqOg5t0rKcsi=tmQlveR4DgY6DIJh
