Ever since that Archie Sonic downplay I don't fuck with them like that anymore, that was the last straw of them downplaying. They always downplay on the Sonic Franchise, they have a large biased and don't research enough at all, they half ass and wank the opposition by not understanding the scan correctly they read or taking it too literal especially if the feat doesn't showcase what the statement said this person can do, that becomes Death Of the Author imo. That Archie Sonic death battle was disrespectful to me they did Archie Sonic dirty, that fight could've at least ended in a draw and that would've been a first in death battle history they would've broken records with that fight if done right(even though Archie Sonic should've won, I would've sufficed with a draw) Death Battle doesn't respect Sonic characters and constantly downplays them. I've talked of Sonic's feat on my channel in my Mario Vs Sonic and honestly this episode of Death Battle was one of the most biased one. They have exagerated up the esplosion who X actually *(Not)* have tanked. If you play that game we will see who X escaped from the base and the damage on the space ship was only 10% They have forgot who Metal Overlord have faced himself a Super State and two super powered friends to take him down. I get I’m late but, I swear, sonic has surpassed the speed of light multiple times, SPECIALLY in 2017, he could already run so fast he could travel time, and that was in a 90s game ! The same game that metal sonic (using his maximum overdrive) WAS FASTER THEN SONIC,(if you doubt this statement, it’s on metal’s character bio in generations) they use some random line about saying that canon sonic never ran at speed of light, but then they stop following canon in the moment they talk about archie sonic, WHO AT THE TIME HAD INFINITE SPEED, and metal sonic could keep up with him still, all of that and I haven’t talked about the absolute power boost he gains in his Overlord form, they did my Goat so dirty in this episode, glad they gave Archie some justice in the silver vs trunks episode (Plus I still can’t believe they trusted a manual from the early 2000s, when like a few games later sonic would outrun a fucking black hole)
