I suffer from hyperacusis which means I'm extremely sensitive to sound and light. Female singers I can't listen to because I get stabbing pain in my ears, But with DIMASH, because of his male indertone I can listen to even his D8, without the pain. Thankyou darling DIMASH

It was announced that the second Stranger concert in Kazakhstan, Sept 14, is rapidly selling out so if you wish to go you will need to hurry but likely not get the best seats. The close seats are all gone. The big world nomad ethnic games is being held (started this month) and will end right at the time of Dimash's concerts. It looks like very fun sporting events (like the Olympics but for the Steppe people and is open to contestants from around the world). I would love to watch the archers on horseback competition. Hope they put all the events on KZbin. I am sure Dimash will upload at least the concert on the 13th up on his channel.

He was planning to give only one but the one on 36:10 the 13th was sold out in a week so he decided to have another one on the 14th. Did you catch that he calls grandparents mama and papa. They actually raised him and quite some time he thought Kanat and Sveta are his older brother and his wife (although they lived together). Now you can understand, what it meant to him when last year his grandfather passed away…. And a week after a funeral he had a concert in Malaysia . Grandpa taught him that we should keep the promises we give, so Dimash didn’t cancel the concert, but it was emotional.

1am in UK. One of the best Dimash docs I've seen yet. Strangely I was recently saying I would love to attend Astana in September, yet I have not left the UK in almost 30 years (anxiety, phobia of flying, etc). Such is the power of Dimash. Great reaction, as ever, John.

John, you are so right about being afraid of going places (within reason of course). When we went to Columbia some years back. Everyone was freaking out, however we had the most amazing time, and met people who we still stay in contact with! There was military presence everywhere, but in a weird way, they made it safer. My husband and I went to his concert in NY; it intrinsically changed us in ways that we cannot explain. Our feet didn’t touch the ground for at least a week! Hmmm, maybe they still haven’t… I truly believe that Demash was sent to the world from “somewhere out there “, to bring us love, joy, hope, kindness, and peace through inclusivity, and its all packaged in this humble man named Dimash 🥰❣️

Did you know that someone wanted to prevent Dimash from performing at Slavic Bazaar? They mixed something into his drinking water that gave him a strong racing heart. He was dazed at the performance. The scandal was kept secret for fear of a state affair. Dimash himself was surprised that he could sing on stage.

On September 13 and 14, Dimash will give 2 big solo concerts in the capital of Kazakhstan - Astana. And although the start of ticket sales was announced just a few days ago, the stadium for September 13 is completely sold out (tickets can only be purchased for the fan zone). Tickets for September 14 are still on sale. Dimash is giving these concerts as part of a major international sporting event - the 5th Nomad Games. The Opening Ceremony of the Nomad Games will take place on September 8 at the same stadium where Dimash's concerts will take place. Ticket sales for this event started yesterday. Don't miss your chance!

John, there's a big video on KZbin of Dimash "growing up" with an SOS song for 10 years. He sang it every year and you can see that at first he was very unsure, he was not good at it. Be sure to take a look. This should be seen by everyone who considers Dimash's voice and his technique to be a gift. In fact, it's a lot of work and daily work. There is also a performance of young Dimash on KZbin, which you wanted to see, he is 14 years old there. The song is simple, but it's funny.

John, that pic young Dimash was when he sang Cranes Cry at the Slavianski Bazaar competition which he won with another song Blizzard Again. He was 15 years old then. You could react to it if you want to see him at that age.

(И про одну розу тоже в курсе, по светлому смешно, как Димаш говорит первый раз получает от мужчины цветок). Мир держится на энергетике которую мы излучаем, как отрицательных так и положительных. Энергетика Димаша как раз положительная, передается по цепочке, от одного человека к другому и скорость быстрая, мощная и охватит всю планету. Как песни, он "Димашефицирует", так и нас людей на любовь, добро, на мир. И с этой энергетикой нам не страшно путешествовать, нет страха, а окружение это считывает на ментальном уровне, и все складывается и получается отлично. Thanks for reacting to this. There’s MANY videos of him performing before I am Singer - he won many competitions before appearing on I Am Singer. SOS (on I am Singer) was also my introduction to Dimash. He’s been singing SOS for many years - & won a competition when he was around 18 & the difference between that SOS & on I Am Singer is mind-blowing. You should definitely check out his first solo concert (Bastau) done 6ish months after I Am Singer. There’s a song he sings with his parents & mentors called Astana Waltz which is SO cool. By the way, he sang Astana Waltz (different performance) right after i posted this. That was his parents singing with him so that’s probably why you recognized his dad ❤

Dimash is such a talent, and an incredibly admirable human being, with great character. I love him for his music,but much more for who he is. He is the son, brother, and friend that all of us would be proud to have. As someone said, Dimash May not need the U.S., but we NEED him!❤ Dimash could not win in 2017, because he was not a Chinese citizen. The next year, I think they opened it up to all contestants. Dimash is his own first prize.

Dimash needs to come to the US even if he doesn’t need the US! We want him here!!! Badly!!! I don’t see Dimash as an Asian singer like BTS more so European and because of that, I really think he would also benefit from more exposure outside China. More concerts in Kazakhstan this Fall is great as are concerts in Europe. But we need him in North America.🙏🙏🙏💕💕💕✌️✌️

Kazakhstan is totally fine to visit. I made it to Dimash birthday concert in Istanbul for the first time in my life. It was amazing without saying. I subsequently visited Astana and Almaty for the first time because of Dimash. No issues other than the language.

One of these days when I recover from Covid, I want to see Dimash in person too! Dimash is one of the first foreign artists that I discovered during lockdown. I was just glued by his once in a lifetime talent! Then I got introduced to Hua Hua, Lara, So Hyang, Forestella and then Dan Vasc! Oh, we know that a lot has happened (speeches at conferences, Germany, India, great concerts, a stay in LA, UN Ambassador, new songs, new duties, 30th birthday...). I've been Dear for 4.5 years and I hope to be one until the end, because be a fan of Dimash is a really great chapter in my life: I've met new friends, learned a lot of new things, refreshed my knowledge of English and Russian, I know a few words of Kazakh, I was away from home for two concerts (Düsseldorf and Istanbul), I flew by plane for the first time in my life! ... I think America (and England at the moment where I live), is more dangerous than Kazakhstan! I would visit without any qualms at all! It’s probably one of the safest places in the world to visit, IMO!

I don't think it's fair to make a young man feel responsible for the whole country. His father didn't take such a responsibility, why burden his son with such heavy weight. It feels like he is carrying Kazakhstan on his shoulders. He literally gives his life to his fans and his country. I wish he were happy, young, brilliant and happy.
