first off loved the reaction!! 2nd cypher is part of hip hop culture heres the definition : A cypher is a gathering of rappers, beatboxers, and/or breakers in a circle, extemporaneously making music together. In recent years, the cypher has also grown to include the crowd and spectators who are integral to maintaining the energy of a given cypher. so basically its a freestyle rap however i do think they wrote these lyrics before hand but i could be wrong. they called it a cypher cause theyre showing off their skills in the way a real cypher would. 3rd in one of your replies you said something about music videos i just wanna help you understand that 1% of bts songs has a music video so majority of their songs you will be using a lyric video i think you may have been under the impression that armys dont want lyric videos at all but thats not the case the ones who were complaining meant that only for the songs that do have music videos but for the most part lyric videos are what you will find for majority of bts/members songs as most dont have music videos.

Supreme boi is one of bts' producers. i believe he was also training with the members to be in the group but later opted out. he has also featured in Jhope's song Hangsang (meaning always) in his album Hope World. great song as well!! one of my faves

The live versions at concerts are where they really come to life. Supreme Boi was originally training with them but decided he didn't want to go that route and he's great friends with BTS. They all did a live version together at a concert and it was amazing. Live performance I love cypher 3.

That sweet 😅 in rap cypher just mean several rappers who performed to show their individual skills and how those skills complete and connect with each other. How they inspired each others. . Cypher his kinda the opposite of battle in rap. In battle thé point it's Having one ate another one. Cypher it's more about harmonie and Cypher is supposed to be a impro even if it's recorded in studio. So theoritically that mean Suga, RM and J-hope didn't wrote their lyrics in advance.

Cypher 2-4 are my favorites. Rap line in BTS they're another level! They're all good in their own way. I personally like Suga, I like the style or the way he rap , his voice the whispery but rough. I like the rawness , the bluntness and ydt laying out the fact. And of course he is my ultimate bias so I love everything about him. I love the 7 They are all unique in their own way.

We buy Physical albums normally we order them before their release dates and wait for them to arrive from South Korea. Yes we also stream. Dionysus from Greek Mythology he's the god of god of wine-making, orchards and fruit, vegetation, fertility, festivity, insanity, ritual madness, religious ecstasy, and theatre. You have to see the live version they did for an award show the whole thing is insane. The 7 members of BTS each become one of the 7 Greek God's of Mount Olympus. RM is the god Dionysus.

Try J-HOPE's new songs from the 'Jack in the box' Album and to see another side of him try his mixtape from 2018 'Hope World ' He did songs from both in "Hobipalooza" and when you know the songs and more about the person I think you can appreciate this (incredible, mind-blowing, unforgettable) performance even more!

I really love the rap line! The lyrics are wonderful. My favorite is part 3 and all the lines from RM. Supreme Boi is a rapper and producer. He trained with the BTS members but chose to stay in the backstage. If you want, do Ddaeng too, but the lyrics are too much about Korean culture. There's a video explaining DKDKTV

Cypher's have hidden meanings and they are all dis tracks. Oh yes and I love the live version of Cypher 4 they are all so much better live in fact everything BTS do as group and their solo work is so much better live.

I think RM's verse in Cypher 3 is fire and I love jhope's verse on Cypher 4. Also in Cypher 4, SUGA's flow blew me away. Those'd be my favorite for each of them. SUGA's work under his AGUSTD alias got me close to the band. Check out AGUST D the track and Daechwita

oh you will enjoy the cyphers live. They go so damn hard. Fun Fact: that ´´sorry bae´´ RM did in the C4 is a doube entendre. 1. Bae as in condecending english term 2-Bae, the shortened version of Sunbae, a korean honorific one uses to adress someone who is your senior in the work place for example. Shortening an honorific is a big no-no. So RM is dissing the K-hip hop scene who gave them so much shit, in two languages simultaneously. How cool is that?

A cypher is a loose, sorta casual gather of rappers throwing out bars. The cyphers for BTS tend to be reactions to haters. There's a joke with fans that anytime a pissed off BTS rapper is writing something down it means he's writing a new cypher, lol

ahh! I forgot you asked at the beginning what a cypher was but I don't feel qualified to explain since my knowledge is less than basic. It's related to hip hop, as far as I know it used to be when a bunch of rappers gathered to practice? don't remember if you reacted to BTS Born singer, when they're in a circle? I remember Monq (from Monq TV) mentioning that's the way it used to be in late 70's when rappers did those cyphers. They'd place themselves in circles (sorry abt the broken Eng, I speak in Spanish but even I can tell I butchered Eng in that sentence!) free styling, dancing, doing rap battles, etc. Now... how it went from that to rappers doing different cyphers in songs now?? no clue! we should ask Monq hehe
