My experience with Pokémon Sleep's first Good Sleep Event ended for me with a bang, I first get a really good drowsy power, plenty of new sleep styles from my balanced sleep, and the best part... a Shiny Persian!

Why is this game so confusing to start with? I just started playing it a few weeks ago. I payed attention to all of the tutorials, but I feel like I'm lacking a high level understanding of what I'm trying to do in the long run. They don't really explain how all of these systems and subsystems interract with and affect each other very well in game.

After seeing this - I went through my Pokémon to see what abilities and such I had, and I caught a diglett that: is mild nature so it benefits finding ingredients, AND it gives leeks at both level 30 AND 60 - that’s definitely a Pokémon I’m gonna invest in.

@4:18 - I don't know if it was different at a time but the game *_does_* say this - in your bag, or just before you confirm using or buying an item it gives you a *description* which _clearly_ states how much each of these actually provide. (^ ^;)ゞ In short the only way someone would inadvertantly over shoot is by failing to read and just mashing along- (눈∀눈;)

So, one thing I noticed and am working on is to NOT evolve three stage pokemon until they are at the Level to evolve into their third stage. For example, totodile evolve at Level 14 to croconaw, and 23 to feraligatr. You must keep totodile as a totodile until Level 23, because croconaw requires more experience to go up a Level than totodile does

Does Croconaw need more or does it need more because it is a higher level? Eg. Is the experience different for a level 20 totodile vs a level 20 croconaw?

@@Metalfear4, I think Croconaw needs more, at the moment I have a Totodile and a Croconaw at close to the same level, when they both hit level 17, I'm going to see how much of a difference there is, if there is one at all.

from my experience, if you have enough ingredients to make a proper meal, the auto cook button still produces the meal for you. The auto meal only makes mixed dishes if you dont have enough/ a combination for any proper meal. Does anyone else have the same experience?

I figured it out and I think someone should make a post about it! No one else has made a video about how to get your Night Cap Pikachu to grab the ingredients!

@@Metalfear4 I found a method for how to get your Night Cap Pikachu to bring you Apples once you've unlocked them! For some players, it's as easy as: 1) Unpairing your POGO ++ 2) Pairing it again to receive the free ingredient(s) from your Night Cap Pikachu For me to receive the free ingredients from my Night Cap Pikachu, I had to do the following...: 1) Unpair my POGO ++ 2) Restart the app 3) Restart the app again, but this time, click on "Clear Cache" which is located on the opening screen before entering the game. (This will make you restart your app again) 4) Once I loaded the game back up, I then kept trying to sync my POGO ++ but it wouldn't sync so I personally had to restart my game, AGAIN lol 5) Paired my POGO ++ and then within an hour, my Night Cap Pikachu finally gave me an Apple! I hope this helps some people out!

How does evolving eevee into Umbreon/Espeon/Sylveon work? Sylveon has the same requirements as both of the other two, but without the time restriction. There is no way to differentiate the evolution methods between sylveon and either of the other two. For all three of them, you need to have slept 150 hrs together, but Umbreon requires you to feed the candies during nighttime (6pm-6am) and Espeon requires it during the day (6am-6pm). How does it work?? I cant explain it very well but I hope someone notices that this doesnt make any sense. Lets say I want an Umbreon, so I sleep 150 hrs with eevee, then what? If I wait until 10 pm to feed the candies, will it evolve into Umbreon, or Sylveon? If I did it at 10 am though, will it evolve into Espeon or Sylveon? How do I prevent it from evolving into sylveon?

I know what you mean! In Pokemon Sleep you can choose who you evolve though. It's a simple thing of getting the hours and then clicking either sylveon or espeon during the day. You click the evolution you want

Is it necesary to always feed snorlax throughout the day? Seeing as how you mention going mixed isn't very good idea and since im going for a more berry focused team, sometimes i just go for autocook just for the little bit more power, but maybe i should wait until i collected good amount of ingredients.

It's better to feed him mixed rather than not at all but if you can, try to give a proper meal

Hey, mate. I'm just thinking, regarding your reviews of the Straya Region, the Feral Region, and the Equas Region, it's kind of sad that those three regions only have Pokemon. They don't have special elements or evil organizations and gym leader like the Norden Region's artist has given it. What do you reckon such things should be like?

I feel like I'm not doing so good at this game. I only get my Snorlax up to Ultra at the end of the week which is pointless. I'm not getting any good Pokémon and even if I do, I can't befriend them. This game is mean for free to play players 😭 This isn't really fair. I want to do better in this game. Ik it's meant to be taken slow and it's not a competition or anything but I hate that I'm slacking (no pun intended) compared to everyone else. Everyone has such good Pokémon and mine aren't that good :(

Take your time! It's a solo game and each week you gain +5% for that island so you'll gradually get better

When you level up your friendship to 4 with friends youve added to the game, you get 2x ingredient tickets. I have heaps right now!
