Harry has actually worked a lot on his voice since going solo. He’s been working with Ron Anderson who also was Adele’s vocal coach. He’s expanded his vocal range by an octave and focused a lot on his falsetto. He really didn’t have a developed falsetto while with One Direction because he had a lower voice than most of the other members.

Stevie Nicks asked Harry to do the speech when she was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as a solo artist in 2019. He also performed with her band that night for the song ‘Stop Draggin My Heart Around’ stepping in for Tom Petty’s part.

Harry hired a vocal coach when he went solo. During the 1D days he was on vocal rest several times. He has worked hard on his vocals and has expanded his vocal range since going solo.

? Do you have an article that says he hired a vocal coach when he went solo? And I don't think he spent a lot of time on vocal rest while in 1D. It was usually only when he would get sick.

@@mary_v2023 There was an article I read not to long ago about him hiring a vocal in 2016 when he went solo. They named who it was because they went on to articulate how much he had expanded his vocal range. Should be quite easy to Google. He was even on complete vocal rest at least once even when he was in the X Factor House. Not going to debate the issue it wasn’t meant as anything negative. I just think Harry always gave it his all when he sang and they performed so many shows.

It is known he went on vocal rest at leats one time when in the band, after the X factor, cause he was sick. That doesnt mean it was a lot of the time. During the ex factor I dont know.

in my eyes Harry is the King of Covers™️, he and the band have knocked every cover they’ve done out of the ballpark, and they always try to make sure they do justice to the original legendary songs!! I have to recommend his cover of Big Yellow Taxi Joni Mitchell and HUGELY RECOMMEND Ultralight Beam Kanye West- both are amazing performances

Helene toured with them, she was the boys vocal coach for the 1D days. During this performance Claire Uchima was the keyboardist. She did not return for the 2nd album. This band went on the world tours (he did small venues all over the world, then came back with arenas for another world tour) with Harry for the first album, then he replaced the keyboardist with Charlotte and added another woman, Ni that does many instruments for the second album, 'Fine Line'. The bassist, guitarist and drummer have been with him since the beginning. Adam, Mitch, Sarah.

nope, harry isn’t classically trained however he did have vocal coach during one direction time. not sure if he had one after he went solo though, but i can definitely see his vocal is much better as a soloist. that too also perhaps because he isn’t as overworked as he was in the band, he used to have allergies/hay fever like few times a week in four years long. awful memories😨

A little bit of trivia, on the day of this performance in the Live Lounge Harry was asked to replace The Killers on a moments notice due to Hurricane Irma in the US and as always Harry rose to the occasion with an outstanding show, he's a remarkable young man.

Harry and "Fleetwood Mac's" friendship goes way back. Mick Fleetwood actually brought his daughters to see One Direction.(They met backstage I'm pretty sure) Harry's actually seen Fleetwood Mac a few times, along with other members of the band). In 2015 he went with his sister on Stevie's birthday in London and brought her a birthday cake. Lol (he's a charmer...) At that point he kept in touch with both Mick and Stevie and they sort of adopted him. In 2017, Stevie preformed with him at his show in LA and he basically cried it was adorable. (I completely lost my shit because I grew up on Fleetwood Mac). Stevie and Mick also showed up at one of his tour shows in Australia but I can't remember which show. So I was extremely happy to hear him preform this at live lounge and also on tour(it sounds better live). It was super fun to see live because I've never had the opportunity to see Fleetwood Mac and he really does this song justice. I think one of the reasons that I love Harry's solo music so much is because of how much he draws on 70s/80s music.

No classical training. He’s a high baritone which makes him very versatile. Watch his first appearance in SNL as a musical guest. He appeared in two sketches. One is the funniest impersonation of young Mick Jagger (of course) and it’s hilarious. The second sketch he’s a captive soldier during the secession war. It’s very funny but there’s a section of him singing few seconds of what would be his classical voice if he trained. During his second appearance he does double duty as actor and musical guest. There’s a sketch of a woman called Joan and her relation with her Chihuahua dog named Dough (lol). Harry is Dough and you can also hear a bit of his voice if he trained classical. Watch it, you won’t regret it

We don’t have many details as far as his vocal training-he hadn’t had any formal training before auditioning for X Fsctor, then they had a group vocal coach throughout that time. I’ve seen people say he now works with some dude whose name I don’t remember but idk where that info comes from and would classify it as hearsay :). Also the keys player here is Clare Uchima, who did the tour for the first album. Performances from 2019-2020 have two new women (Ny & Charlotte) and no Clare. Sarah Adam & Mitch (drums bass & guitar, respectively) are the same.

Can you react to 5 Seconds of Summer? They're an Australian pop rock band (older stuff pop punk newer stuff more pop but they still hold onto their roots) I think they're kind of underrated despite how popular they are. I'd suggest maybe Teeth Live at The Late Late Show with James Corden or Teeth Live from The Vault and Easier Live from The Vault. Their music is so good and I think they need more recognition. Loved this reaction by the way! I love Harry Styles so much and Stevie Nicks basically adopted him and said Harry is her's and Mick Fleetwood's love child

Don’t remember what it was exactly, but she definitely supported something you shouldn’t support and the fandom was against it.
