It’s been so cool watching your journey from non-fans that still respected Twice, to actual Onces lol, as a born and bred metalhead that became a huge Once. I’ve found a lot of metalheads have soft spots for Twice, it’s actually surprising.

@@julian.legaspi I think it’s the pacing of the music, at least for me. Extremely similar pacing between kpop and metal music. Listen to this song, and then listen to Trapped Under Ice by Metallica. Hopefully you’ll see what I mean. Rollin’ from Twicetagram is extremely reminiscent of NIN too and I’ve heard a couple others say the same thing.

I always find that surprising and interesting as well. There's so many metalheads who actually really like Twice outside of metal/rock. It's something you would never expect. A hardcore metalhead sitting and walking around listening to Twice.

I need to check out the album then! For M&M I didn’t care for the title track but I really enjoyed some of the bsides. But also this song is literally so good, I tried to avoid listening while my bias group was promoting but it was really heard cause the choreo alone is so good and the song itself is catchy 😭

Up No More by Jihyo Do What We Like by Sana Depend on You by Nayeon Handle it by Chaeyoung Queen and Bring it back by Dahyun My favourites are Up No More, Hell in Heaven and Say Something. The songs are incredible and different. It's a total new sound. Highly reccomended! Tell me your opinion if you listen to them~ thank you From Once♡

The choreo and album are great, Twice made several dance performances. If you want translations for the album (they wrote the lyrics for 6 songs), the channel heesung biased is good.

Like you said because of the choreo i think when they sing live they probably won't do the adlibs part live and if they ever do it probably be rare on live performances. Cute music always had a cringe factor for me except when it came to Twice they sorta broke down that barrier for me. I seem to enjoy both the new stuff just as much as the old so if they stick with this path I'm cool with it. You guys are pretty awesome and enjoy your reactions quite a bit, thanks for taking the time to do it.

As a metal head for life, Twice become my favorite non rock/metal group. They last album is blow mind, i strongly suggest to you to listen the song "up no more", the lyrics are so deeper and it's a kind a sad (very interesting variation for Twice)

Forever I was told by my chorus teacher when I was younger (yearssss ago), that to hit high notes you have to sit/stand up straight. But I was always ALWAYS able to hit my highest notes laying flat on the ground. So when I heard that I was like, “yep. I get it.”
