A little background on this song this was done when she was just 18. She wrote the song when she was just 14 years old. She is a very good piano player. She had 11 years of classical piano lessons starting when she was very young. Please react to more of her songs. Most people like either the stripped versions or the live versions best, but you cannot go wrong reacting to any of her songs.

@@itzel1735 from what I have heard of it so far I think I will like it. So far there is not one she has done that I didn't like though.

Thank you so much Luna for getting back to Faouzia. One of the great Canadian singer-songwriters of this generation. She does use her Arabic influences in a lot of her music. I would suggest 2024 China competition when she did Stings" Desert Rose." It's an absolutely stunning performance and really one of her best in the competition. Also her performance of "R.I.P. Love" in the same competition was sensational and blew the house down. Keep posting my friend. I love your analysis and your commentary and your KZbin channel is so important to the her fans all over the world. Thank you . Have a great New year and a tremendous 2025 my friend. Much thanks and love from from Canada 👍👍🇨🇦❤️

This is the song that made me a super fan. Yes, she studied piano for many years. She didn’t have voice lessons at all. She built a lot of her fan base from TikTok and IG, and often played piano on those drops. She often plays keyboard for one song during a concert. And she is definitely in the pop lane. One of her most interesting covers was of Eiffel 65’s Europop dance track “Blue (Da Ba Dee)” During lockdown, she went ahead anyway and recorded the set from a concert that had been cancelled. It’s 6 original songs from her ‘Stripped’ EP, (including “Tears of Gold” that you reacted too) and an unreleased song called “Elon” hidden after the credits. The 27 minute, empty theater, video was put on YT Aug 20, 2020. There is no overlap with her Singer2024 performances as all the Chinese tv songs were covers, except for “RIP Love”, which is a more recent original release anyway. Have fun.

If you like Moroccan influence you should react to Desert Rose On the Chinese Singer 2024

@@ALEJANDRO952100 unfortunately those are no longer accessible but there is one of it that someone made a loop with you can still watch. Ot there are several reactions to it.

Desert Rose is not a Moroccan-influenced song. An Algerian composer wrote the Arabic portion. There is a high degree of similarity between the languages of Algeria and the neighboring regions of Morocco.
