In the official music video "Chaos Control: The legacy within", you can watch how she developped _musically_ . Apart from being an amazing bass player, her other big talent is the ability to discover musicians' talents and to support and guide them. Rosana Miho is a one-off.

I’ve stood at the very front centre and the very back centre at two successive shows. TBH you don’t listen too intently to the fine details, mainly because Japanese sound engineers know their stuff. But Asami is as clear as a bell and what you can’t appreciate in watching one track at a time is her vocal stamina. She sings between 15 and 18 songs in a gig (the majority at them six minutes-ish long) with usually 3 MC breaks…but she’s the MC. The last belt of the last song is often the longest and the loudest. Phenomenal vocalist who has, it’s been rumoured, four lungs…🙂😉

She's a great vocalist. It's impossible to catch and hear everything on a first take to a song. As I listen to teach song a couple of times after my reaction video, I'm then able to notice things I missed in a first time reaction. No one will notice every detail to a sing they hear for the 1st time. And I do appreciate her talent, I absolutely do.

You might want to check your audio set up - I noticed that you mentioned that you though Miyako's (dark hair) guitar was mixed down a couple of times, but it's not - her guitar is panned hard right, and Midori (blonde guitarist) was panned left. And I have listened to this track probably way too many times now, and both guitars are equally mixed on both my main monitor rig and on my phone via blue tooth headphones and earbuds. Love your reaction to Lovebites - your joy in seeing them shred the frets off their guitars and appreciation for Asami's vocals is perfect. 🤘🎸🐺

65 days until I see them in London 🐺😎🤟. I will answer your questions after seeing them! I know what you are on about regarding stage sound quality, having attended 150 + concerts and done sound at a few myself! I remember this one guitarist who could not be heard behind a wet newspaper would not turn his sound up, very frustrating! Sam was a very good and proficient guitarist, but even to this day, he will not turn up the volume!!

Forget guitar battle this was a war and this was early in the band's start and they have gotten much better....yeah let that sink in!!!! Midori/blond and Miyako/black a/k/a M&M have since practiced away from the band together and pushed and influenced each other greatly. Midori has really pushed Miyako who is self taught at 18 (she is a classical trained pianist from age 3). These women chase perfection and won't stop till they have it!!!! Asami has become even more of a Napoleon stage general and controls the crowd, the band and the show.

I suppose that Midori leaned _fully_ on Asami, and that she did not expect Asami to "suddenly" walk away again. Obviously, both of them were surprised at the same time. It was a short moment of shock for them and us, but fortunately nothing bad happened. What *I* learned from that moment: Midori even plays her riffs while _stumbling unexpextedly_ . _That_ I call "world class". 😳Anyone here who would like to try the same? 😂😉

You see, MIDORI graduated from guitar shred school, where she mastered those advanced techniques. Look for the video of her doing demos at NAMM a few years back. You are the only person I’ve heard call him, “Mickey” Mars. 😂 That’s so cute. Does MIYAKO’s guitar really sound lower to you? The two guitars sound identical to me. Makes me worry you might have hearing loss in your right ear. Perhaps there’s an issue with your signal chain?

Midori’s guitar is always louder at a Live performance, because she plays through a Kemper profiler, while Miyako plays with a Peavey 5150 and Orange cab with old school pedal board!

This doesn't make sense. The FOH/mixer is able to make eather of them louder quieter on the PA. The Amp on the stage doesn't make much difference in a bigger venue.

It's All in the Mixing board. Miyako's tube amp is every bit as loud and cutting as Midori's Kemper 300 watt power racks. I have a Kemper and a 50 watt tube amp and realistically the tube amps feels more "squishy" like a tube amp does while the Kemper remarkably profiles amps it has a bit more sterile push that replicates what one experiences from a Solid State Power section.

Parts of the rhythm and melody for "Scream For Me" was taken from a song Miyako wrote for a former band, A Drop Of Joker, called "Secret Square". That band was an interesting mix of Industrial/Metal/Techno and it's kinda cool seeing how she rearranged "Secret Square" into "Scream For Me". For me, Miyako is the closest thing to Prince when it comes to arranging and composing music that just works. It's an innate talent. Another song she rearranged for Lovebites from ADOJ is "Just A Liar" into "Liar", which is a slower almost bluesy version of Lovebites than what you've seen so far. You can hear a bit of Miyako's Gary Moore influence and Asami's R&B background is also more present in the vocals. Then another slower song is "Empty Daydream" that's almost arranged like an Opera in the way the music tells a story along with the lyrics, and Miyako and Miho add a layer of beautiful harmonies. This is an incredibly talented band.

Sorry, but I want to clarify. 🤗The song 'Scream For Me' is a new arrangement of the song 'Panic Fuze' by band A DROP OF JOKER, in which Miyako was the leader. When the ladies created LOVEBITES (2016), 'Panic Fuze' was included in the set-list of their first concerts. Miyako then made a new arrangement of 'Panic Fuze'. The song was renamed 'Scream For Me' and was included on 'The Lovebites EP' (May 2017): 'Let go Take a step into a new tomorrow The Panic Fuze is burning and the world's on edge So you gotta let your soul be free - Panic Fuzed me!'

@@GrayFox14 Miyako did use a riff from "Panic Fuze" in the chorus to "Scream For Me" but I was referring to the overall melodies in "Secret Square" turned into "Scream For Me", specifically the vocals and rhythm. There is nothing wrong with the guitar levels in this track, Miyako is panned to the right and Midori to the left, sounds like you are hearing only the left track
